Easy access to the beach. Love that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Also love that 2 of the bedrooms had a beach view. Very nicely decorated. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything you need to prep a meal. Very clean. Location is great especially if you want to be in a less crowded part of the beach. Perfect condo for our family vacation. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful view of the gulf from the second floor. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions. Enjoyed the birds as well. Speaking of birds, the proximity to the naval base, offered unending marvels of aircraft.

Very roomy. Ample towels and linen. Beautiful beach and views.

Location, size of the unit, general layout, parking were great.

We loved staying at Perdido Towers. Not a high rise so beach was not crowded. Condo was just as described and worked great for our family of 10. Condo could be better equipped with kitchen items, specifically cutlery and pots and pans. Only about 4 forks to use for family of 10. I’ve noticed this complaint has been on several reviews. We would definitely stay here again though!!! Very pleased with our stay here.

Lets start with the A/C... it didnt work. The unit was on 78 and after almost 3 hours it didnt cool down. When I spoke with Management they gave me a few solutions; 1) we can deliver you fans... 2) we can have a technician come out in about 2 hours (mind you it is now 6pm); no tech arrives and via text I am able to show that the coil is freezing up (likely low on freeon) to which he is able to expedite the inspection period because they need a service company to perform the repair.... it is now 9pm and the service company comes by and confirms our assumption to which they say they dont have freeon on their truck, we sleep while the house rises to 80 degrees. The service company arrives the next morning around 11 and fixes the A/C. Great that is over and we can enjoy our time...... The night has shown that there is extreme lack of housekeeping. Our feet are black from the floors not being cleaned, my child has black knees from crawling, under the beds are shoes, drink bottles, grease under the toaster and all the toilets and showers have some form of mold growing. I tell the Manager, and they suggest that Housekeeping come back out to clean; sorry we have already cleaned and we no longer trust the ability of the housekeeping they have used. We spend all of day 2 cleaning and getting the place livable for the remainder of our trip. I loved the unit and its location but the management company is running this into the ground, we came to the area not for just vacation but to see properties as we are an investment company; we will not be using Vacasa again to handle our investment properties, and will be writing a letter to the owner. Completely unacceptable!
