Newly built, with very good architecture, and interior.

I have stayed with them is past but the experience this time was horrible I don't think so I will ever be staying with them anymore.

The hotel was very clean with good ambience. Staffs are very helpful.

Items in the breakast were few comparatively but were delicious.

Helpful Staff

There were too many drawbacks - 1. They did not change the room even after complaining regarding the AC and the wifi not working. 2. There in room dining menu prices were outdated, instead these guys had updated the prices in the billing system rather than the customer menu. Also, we were not informed about the update until we received the bill. 3. Even after telling the house keeping to do the cleaning/plant change after our check out as we were on a work call, they persisted we want to do it now and they didn’t budge an inch until the task was completed then and there. 4. The hotel had an inbuilt salon and spa that had to be open till 8am and the staff of the hotel left by 6:30pm. What’s the purpose of the service then? 5. Located at a secluded place where we do-not have access to Swiggy (groceries). Even the restaurants took 50 minimum minutes, by the time the food reached the food was cold.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The overall architecture is beautiful. Rooms were warm and nice.

The toilets were a bit cramped.
