We rented the house for the pool only to learn once there that it’s not heated during winter month's.

Our family came in for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Because we had adults, a toddler and a dog, this was the absolute perfect location! The property was fenced in for the dog and no way to escape! This was the perfect property for our family. The hosts literally thought of everything from check in to check out and everything in between. Check in was simple, the host was an easy, responsive and excellent communicator. All items in the house were labeled to make all equipment easy to use. The home was very clean, and the beds, pillows and bedding are very comfortable. It was the little details that made the home extra special. For example, detailing how to use the fans and lights, having dog bags outside for our use, the tumblers to be used outside for drinks and all of the cookware, utensils, etc. - the appliances as well looked to be brand new. The neighbors on each side were quiet, the neighborhood was nice and clean, we had no issues. Having use of the TV and the family room set up - worked for everyone. The BBQ worked great, the pool and hot tub were very clean as was the backyard. Thank you again, we would definitely stay at Sunny Haven again. Your communication, your home and your detailed thoughtfulness really did show and was very appreciative.

This is a beautiful home for a family. Was missing a few kitchen items I'm used to seeing in a rental such as coffee, baggies and vegetable oil; cooking basics. If your destination is DHS or you don't mind being over 30 minutes from Palm Springs this place will be hard to beat!

This was my first time using Vrbo, just wanted a short, getaway with the family before school starts. And it was a great experience. A beautiful home, well kept and clean, spacious with a high ceiling in the living room and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood, Overall a great home. The pictures are exact representation of the home. The swimming pool was clean and in great condition. Kids had a great time swimming in the pool, playing arcade games and gazing the stars at night. The only thing I didn't like about Sunny Haven is that we couldn't stay long. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back soon! Great hosts! Thank you for sharing your home to us!

My family and i just wanted a quick little weekend retreat and we took advantage of the spectacular stargazing weekend. Booked to mostly just relax at the house and enjoy sun and pool. It was everything i wanted and we had an amazing weekend.

This was our second time staying at this amazing property. we all (including our dog!) loved our stay. the hosts are grate. we would definitely plan to stay there again.

The place was what I expected. Nice, clean, not over the top. The game room was a plus. Clean rooms. Easy check-in. BBQ easy to use. A few things to follow up for the owner. The entrance glass door rusted or needs repair, it was hard to open. The fountain in the pool never worked. The view in the front yard was nice during sunset. Over all nice property. We had a good time.

This was a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. My family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect size for us. Check-in was super easy. The host of the house is easily accessible and responds right away. The game room was a fun touch and my kids loved it. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, which were very clean. The kitchen was updated, spacious and had all of the amenities to cook for the week as well as open to the living room so that we could interact easily. There are stores nearby for groceries and the local restaurants were also very good. I10 is also close if anyone plans to head into LA or San Diego and it was a very short drive to Joshua Tree National Park. We absolutely loved the area and would stay again.

This home is located in an non-gated development with other similar homes. It was very nice inside and appeared to be newly renovated. The air conditioning was nice and cold and the hot tub was nice and hot. The owners obviously went out of their way to make sure you knew which light switches went with what (they labeled them all), and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/knives/silverware/cups/towels, etc. and there were instructions on how to run the ac/hot tub/lights/etc. The backyard was great for the pups, although a bit warm when we were there. The outside patio fans and loungers were a definite bonus. The location is great, with a park nearby and a 15-20 minute drive into Palm Springs. The area was very quiet for the most part. Not sure what else to say other than we will definitely be coming back! :)

Cozy and clean place! Loved pool and surroundings. BBQ grill was well maintained as well Bed and mattress condition was very comfy and nice. Only black eye i would say is there was a underware in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay When we first entered the house.

This property listing was on point. Everything we needed, the house had. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future trips. Highly recommended.

Overall, this was a fun stay for everyone. There was enough sleeping and living room seating. TV (Roku) could be better. The pidgeons were annoying and their poop was everwhere around the pool and hot tub. Hot tub needs better instructions. Hot/cold in bathroom shower/tub is backwards from instructions. Would we consider it again? Yes. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay. House and pool were amazing. Great place for a family. Hosts were very accommodating. You cannot beat the view in the backyard. We caught a rainbow between the palm trees and the mountains.

Everything was as advertised. Lights were labeled, that was so nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms great too. TV was nice as there was Netflix and YoutubeTV so we could watch the sports we didn't want to miss. This place was perfect for us, no complaints at all.

Great location to relax and travel to hike many beautiful locations. Great communication with host.

So much to love about this property located in a quiet neighborhood! Perfectly situated for exploring the area from Joshua Tree NP to Palm Springs to the Coachella Valley and surrounding mountains. But bright, comfortable, and well equipped for relaxing. Pool area had calm ambiance with great lounge chairs and large covered patio with plenty of shade. We really enjoyed soaking in the spa pool so we saw no need to explore the numerous close by hot springs. Don’t miss the SPECTACULAR sunset views from the front garden.

Refrigerator ordor was not good and master bed room shower pressure was very very weak. But overall this property was enjoyable, wish comeback again.

Gabe is an awesome host! we had an amazing time staying at this gorgeous property. Pool is amazing the yard is set up perfectly with nice outdoor table and BBQ set and of course, pool chairs! The property is fully fenced in for the dogs to roam freely in the back yard. The house is spotless and the kitchen is fully stocked for everything you need. We would love to go back and stay there again.

We were there during a spring storm that brought cooler than normal weather, it was awesome to to watch, however the pool was a bit cool. One call to Gabriel and he made adjustments to the pool heater at no extra charge. And he always responded to all our questions and request. Thank you very much Gabriel
