The apartment is compact but has everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The outdoor space is fantastic!

Stunning views Lovely Place

Was slightly smaller than expected- being 6’2 I was nearly skimming the kitchen ceiling. Was quite compact, but lovely too…….. Just there for 3 nights so was ok for us👍🏼 Lovely patio/ balcony, nothing really negative. Enjoyed our stay. Thank You Roz🙂

Excellent location,with parking as an extra bonus.Very quiet,very clean,loved having the outside area to sit ,with the amazing views.

Location and views and parking were all fab, as was communication. It was very clean and comfortable and although compact, it was just great for both of us. It had everything we needed and was warm and cosy. The bed was really comfy too and the room also benefitted from its own french doors to the decked area. The added bonus was the decked balcony area, which was lovely and we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine!

A great little apartment with amazing views, a huge patio and a great location, will definitely be back when the weather is better.

This was our second visit. The situation of the apartment is perfect with amazing views over the River Yealm and within easy reach of 3 pubs and local shops. There are fabulous walks and beaches close by...a real gem.

Our visit was late December so the weather wasn't great. We hope to return during warmer climes to enjoy and explore this beautiful area even more.

Fantastic view lovely quiet Flat Great little kitchen comfy bed lovely shower nice and warm. I would imagine in the summer fantastic outside facilities as well Used it on probably the coldest weekend this year! We'll hopefully book in the next couple of weeks again for another weekend away

There isn't much to say generally happy with the whole experience Only comical thing I can say is the tap in the kitchen is a little bit powerful and you do not care for it will comically soak you It had me and the wife to the point we just laughed over it Then if that's all I can say wrong well I'm a very happy man

Location, Overlooking The Yealm Estuary. Great for walking from door. Lovely Owners, on site. Good Local, pubs, cafe, and Co-op, Pharmacy. On bus route too, if needed.

It was Great.

Superb location with everything we needed within a short stroll, shop, post office, cafe with wonderful breakfast and a great pub also doing good food. Additionally, if the tide is right, you can cross the river causeway and steppingstones to two more hostelries. Lovely walks in the area.

Beautiful little accommodation. so clean and modern with all facilities except a microwave. Bed comfortable and shower room really great. Lovely view of river and Noss Mayo from living area. Small just okay for two people but really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe remove hanging wicker chair. Really small but lovely.

The view was exceptional!

Two tiny niggles...a small knife for chopping veggies would have been useful. Also no shaving charger point, we needed to buy an adaptor (which we found in the local pharmacy)

the property location was brilliant. Roz the owner was lovely and very helpful. she found my lost earring for me AND forwarded it on to me which was so kind.

The lounge area was smaller than expected, but the views from here were outstanding. we were out most of the time, but when were were in at the end of the day this area was a little cramped.

I liked the central position of the property and how clean it was. I also liked the huge terrace with the stunning views. Roz was easy to communicate with, and replied promptly to texts. she very kindly returned a jumper I’d left behind.

The kitchen/diner was smaller than I’d expected, and though it was well equipped, the sitting area was cramped.

I was doing a green wood working course with Peter Lanyon just a few miles away and this was very convenient location with stunning views and a beautiful village.
