We loved the property! Everything was clean.The decor with the artwork along with layout of living room, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and great room was even better than we expected. Add on to the beautiful setting of the Adirondacks this was one of our best trips ever! The owners do a great job of keeping up on the property and they are very easy to deal with👍😃. We enjoyed everything about our stay! We can't wait to come back!

We were there for the weekend to pick up our kids from camp. The location was right near the heart of old forge. The view of the golf course was fabulous. We had several deer encounters, and enjoyed going for walks.

We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the place. It was really close to everything we came to see. Loved having 2 bathrooms and the backyard was so beautiful. Loved everything about the house. Rhi (the owner) was so acessable and couldn’t have been nicer.

Beautiful location close to the mountain and other locations. House was bigger than it looked and was well furnished. Host had everything we needed and the option to clean up after ourselves and save money on cleaning fees was great. Also pulling into the drive way and seeing deer just like in the pictures of the add was priceless. Definitely would stay with host again.

Home was very clean and felt super cozy. Host was very attentive and easy to get a hold of. Backyard has a great view. We will definitely be staying again!

This property was perfect for us and the location was awesome. Right across the street is a great little store and a fantastic steak house. Not far from gas stations and stores. The house is so comfy. We never sat anywhere but in the back area. The view is awesome, fireplace was great. Deer came in the mornings and early evening, birds all over and the squirrels will keep you entertained. The kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn't cook at all. We just enjoyed going out and experiencing Old Forge. You can't go wrong with this home. Rhi was excellent to communicate with. Three things I would change:. Furniture on patio not comfortable, couch in back room needs to be firmer. We are old and found hard to sit in. The last thing is me...lol...the deer heads hanging on wall. But none of that takes away from this home. Rhi and Justin, thank you for sharing your home and giving us a great vacation.

The owner, Rhi, was the most responsive and friendly vrbo host we have had. She sent us the code to get into her property a week ahead of time , whereas I’ve hassled to get that even the day before with previous properties. All my questions were answered very promptly. We loved staying there, especially looking out at the spacious backyard from the sunroom. having a campfire in the backyard, complete with wandering deer passing by. The location is excellent and set back enough from the main road that you don’t hear any traffic . I loved the kitchen. I highly recommend this vrbo Gail and Blair

Quaint, rustic little home. Exactly what we wanted for our stay in Old Forge. Owner was lovely, easily accessible. Beautiful views in the backyard with lots of wildlife! Our kids loved it and it’s a great spot for littles!

This is an excellent place to stay. It was even better than we ever could have hoped for. It sounded wonderful when we booked it, but I don’t think we ever realized it would have two living rooms and two bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. It was incredibly clean and well stocked. There is even a grill if you’d like to do your own cooking outside! We highly recommend it as a place to stay for anyone that is headed to Old Forge.

From booking to checking out everything was absolutely amazing. Owners were great, house is awesome & location is perfect. If you have kids the yard is a giant plus! We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at this home. We love the Adirondacks and come up multiple times a year. We normally rent a motel room but decided this time we wanted an entire house for our longer stay. This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and the perfect amount of room. The backyard was large and there’s a beautiful view of the golf course. We are mountain bikers and the house was a short distance away from McCauley Mountain. We were also able to walk into the town of Old Forge from the house. The hosts were very responsive! We will definitely be booking this property again!

This home is perfect. Reminded us of a family home of ours. Nicely furnished camp and very clean. We felt right at home. Highly recommend.

Make sure everyone staying is up and showered by at least 8am to ensure you have time to wash and dry all towels used and do all of the required cleaning. While I understand picking up after ourselves, I feel that the amount of cleaning required by guests is much more than any other home we have rented in the past. After discussion with the owner we were refunded the extra $60 I was charged for leaving the clean, but damp, towels hanging in the bathrooms. Although we were informed of the cleaning policy ahead of time, I do not feel there is enough time to complete all of the required cleaning prior to an 11am checkout time. We had planned to stay here in future years as we come every year for our children’s soccer tournament, however we will be choosing an alternate location that covers the usual cleaning so we are able to enjoy our time away.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The sunken sun room was our favorite place. We played cards at night and enjoyed the fireplace. There is so much to do and see in the region and this place is close to everything. Restaurants, gift shops, lakes, train station and the wild life is literally right outside the door. We met the owners (Hamms) were very pleasant. We are already planning out next trip and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay and Rhi (owner) was as good of a communicator as we could've hoped for. She did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable and to ensure we were taken care of. This house is special and so is this town.

We loved staying here and we felt very comfortable. It was very close to town and easy to find. Everything was very clean and they had everything we might need. The sun room was beautiful and the rug in the living room was very comfortable and spacious. My son loved rolling around in there after a long day. The front porch was great to sit on in the mornings for coffee ( which they provided!) And the back porch was lovely for evenings and mornings. We saw lots of deer in the backyard including a Mama and her babies. Overall it was quite lovely and next time we will probably stay longer! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed this well kept and conveniently located property. The deer frequently in the yard were an added bonus.

Little Pine Acres is a great get-away for those looking for Adirondack adventure with all the amenities of home. Our trip to Old Forge is usually short, so having the comforts of laundry, a full kitchen, linens, WiFi, TV, a shower, etc. is ideal! I loved waking up in the morning and enjoying a cup of coffee on the back patio overlooking the golf course. We were able to see plenty of wildlife right in the backyard. The home was very clean and the layout was great for families (spacious and open floor-plan). The back room with large windows and a fireplace was a great spot to relax; we had a few movie nights here. The ability to grill out or have a campfire is a benefit over other properties. The location couldn't be better! We were able to ride our bikes into the town center (you can pick up Tobie Trail just across the street) for shopping and dining. Kayaking, hiking, sightseeing, a scenic chair lift, fishing, boating, and more are all within a very short drive. We have rented from the King's twice now, and plan to do so many more times in the future. They are kind and accommodating. The welcome package is informational and you'll find plenty of details throughout the home showing just the kind of care they put into their guests. If you forgot something, they probably have it! Highly recommend!
