We just spent Columbus Day weekend at this property, and really enjoyed it. Clean, quiet, and comfortable condo. It was a great location, as we bounced between hiking in Crawford north, dinner and theater in downtown North Conway, and a trip over to fryeburg to take in the Fryeburg fair. This condo was in the heart of all our activity. We would happily rent this property again on future trips, and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the bunk beds. The pool needs some updating, but the kids swam anyway! Great location with easy access to local attractions.

The condo was clean and well decorated, with comfortable beds and linens. Great location! Nice and quiet but right off 16, close to story land and a little north of the traffic of North Conway. Kristin responded immediately to a small issue we had and took care of it right away. A few things to note- the bedrooms are downstairs with the living area upstairs, so if you have kids who rise early you probably won’t be able to sleep through the sound of their feet/chairs being moved. The AC system has an air conditioner upstairs, which cools the living area nicely, but the only downstairs unit is in one of the bedrooms. We kept it on the whole stay and kept the doors to all the bedrooms open for air circulation, and the bedrooms were cool at night that way, but just be aware that not all bedrooms have their own ac. There’s a tv in the bunk room and one in the living area. Bring your own chairs and floats to the pool. And have fun!

The property was well maintained and decorated. The house has AC unit in one bedroom and living room but not in others. Thus for 2 family with kids it was little tough in July. The weather was damp, needed to empty dehumidifier daily, seems much humidity gets in the basement rooms. The instructions could be improved a bit as it says switch off all electric appliances but run dishwasher and washer on before you leave. But overall worked fine. Close to storyland and conway train. Didnt need to communicate with owner but finding trash/dumpster was little challenging as it was towards tennis court.

This was my first experience booking with vrbo, and I was impressed when I messaged the host with a question a few days before the stay that she answered right away and said she’d message me the door code the night before check in. The confirmation email did not include the check in code, or the hosts phone number, or wifi password. When I arrived at the property, I realized the host never sent me the code. There wasn’t enough signal to make a call, and I didn’t have the wifi password, so had to drive back to North Conway to message vrbo and call vrbo. They gave me the hosts number, she did not answer my three calls or text message. Two people from vrbo called her, no answer. After an hour of panic and thinking I’d have to find alternate accommodations for 7 people at 5pm, she finally answered the vrbo person, who brought her into a 3 way call. She chuckled, apologized, gave me the code, and immediately hung up. She never did reply to my text message. I asked about a partial refund after check out, which she ignored. I contacted vrbo 3 separate times and they would not give me a clear answer on how long is acceptable to wait for a response from the host. After a couple days, she issued a $50 refund and wished me a happy weekend. Not impressed with the whole process, especially since the same phone number she never would answer me from is the one listed inside the property to call if anything comes up during the stay. Property was otherwise clean and nice but I won’t be back.

Great location, less then 15 drive to anyrhing that was needed. Everything in the Condo was as described and was enty of room for our family of 6. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed room. Grill and Fire pit for dinner and making smores with the kids. Some nice easy hikinging trails in the area to the river which the kids enjoyed swimming in the water after hiking. Everything was told to us before our arrival and didnt have a need to reach out to the host.

This was our second stay here and we’re already looking forward to our next. Perfect space for our family of 4 and such a convenient location. Clean and well equipped, can’t ask for anything more!

We really enjoyed this home and it was a great location for skiing Wildcat and cranmore. Kitchen was well equipped and the sitting room and beds comfy.

Great location, clean, quiet, well equipped 3 bedroom place that was tastefully furnished and had all we needed for our XC ski trip. All cooking appliances worked well, including gas grill. Never did find the XC trail that is said to be close to the property, the gas fireplace didn’t work even after owner sent us operation instructions (it was below zero temps so that could be it). Upstairs living room was plenty warm, but in the master bedroom the mini split blows in cold air but that is fine as there were ample blankets in the house. House manual would be helpful but enough info about check out was provided. No soap or shampoo provided, and it was single ply toilet paper, but these are minor points and overall it was a really nice place to stay and owner was responsive to communication.

This property was great for our families stay when visiting Santa's Village. The townhouse is in a great location, and Kristin was a great host. The townhouse is updated and has great decor and the fire-pit on the back porch was a great way to end the night. The only thing to note is the bedrooms are downstairs. So if you have little ones who get up early and are running around it can be loud for others who are still sleeping. Overall great place to stay.

Not our first stay and hopefully won’t be our last. Perfect location for our family with all the amenities of home.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location! Nice set up for 3 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of room in the living room/dining area for games and snuggling in front of the fire. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful after a day of skiing. Would stay here again without question!

The townhome was beautifully decorated with plenty of room for games! The location couldn’t have been better, close to the mountains and a few stores minutes away. I would 100% recommend to a small group of friends or family!! We had the best time!

Perfect place to stay for our ski trip! We had two families of Four and the house was perfect. Especially the Bunk Room for the kids! Grill on the deck for winter cooking and a great fire pit out back ! Cozy and comfortable and a short drive to town and also multiple ski areas. Kristin was VERY quick at responding to any questions. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We found the location of the condo to be just about perfect for heading to Mt. Washington (Great Glen Trails) in one direction, or N. Conway in the other. Would definitely rent here again.
