Very good location for access to local facilities

Weren't sure where to park in. Ar Park on arrival as, went straight to car park and instructions on which bays to use where in house. Shame there was no outside area. Verge in car park doesn't really count.

The positioning of the mirror cupboard in the bathroom given the style of sink makes use of the handbasin problematic. The grid over the manhole outside the fron door could do with attention to stop the loud intrusive clatter every time a vehicle goes over it. I also find the £100 cleaning fee a real cheek. £1080 is high enough to have cleaning as inclusive.

Kitchen was well equipped. Location was central so town facilities were a short walk away. Beds were comfortable. Very airy feel , plus heating system was effective when required, although some know how of a modern system would be useful.

Bedroom 2 ( without the ensuite) had no drawer unit. There were 2 chests which were locked. OK , that is fine, but surely some drawers for clothes would be useful. The bathroom cabinets were a hindrance for using the basin. A flat mirror there would have been more useful and positioning the cabinet elsewhere.

the water pressure was quite poor when two showers running at the same time. we had to shower at different times.

location…behind a pub…(not disclosed in description)7am Sunday morning 2 juggernauts delivering beer literally in front of the front door!!! The view from round window was of bins and people smoking outside pub….not very holiday-like or relaxing! Dreadful! Bed had a spring mattress which was very uncomfortable.
