Room was tastefully decorated. Loved the fridge. Host was friendly.

No parking in the property No room cleaning. No soap in the shower. Shower floor was dirty Sewer smell in the bathroom. Total stay rate was different from the booking.com No wash cloths Light bulb out.

Quiet neighborhood with secure entrance. Small outdoor area so we could safely dry out our diving gear without worry that it wasn’t secure. We asked the host for a microwave and she provided one for us. Very responsive host. Unit had internet with Netflix and Amazon and you tube access. Gas range with mid size refrigerator. A Pleasant stay.

Hosped Arte was great! My check in was easy and I was able to get in early. The facilities are excellent and I was able to cook for myself during my stay which was great as I am travelling on a budget. Delicious coffee was supplied. The bed was super comfy and air con works well. The location is easy to get to everything and feels safe. There is a nice outside space from which you can hear a bar playing really good mariachi until late on the weekends. The room is very clean and spacious.

Roosters in the neighbouring yard are very noisy in early morning. A thicker blanket would be much appreciated because it is cold at night. There is lack of hooks in the bathroom and bedtable with a lamp. We were charged for cleaning and credit card comission that we did not expect. Charging for something that is not mentioned in booking does not seem fair to me

The property had a private courtyard with sitting areas and table, and beautiful flowers. The room was spacious, the kitchenette well stocked with accessories. It is an easy walk to the downtown plaza, the beaches and malecon, and grocery store.

Being solo, my bed was fine, but a queen or king size would be nice for couples. The other units may have larger beds.

a bit far from main city center! did not like at all the missing door on the toilet, very uncomfortable !
