We booked this house to share with our family and 2 other couples to enjoy the beach during Thanksgiving. The house is nicely situated for having multiple families as it’s big enough to all be together or to separate for time apart. The kitchen worked well for Thanksgiving and was well stocked. The pictures don’t do this house justice, I was pleasantly surprised that everything was like new. Hot tub and heated pool was a blessing to have as temps were between 70-40 degrees. Only suggestion is better communication regarding trash pickup, pool cleaning, etc during the off season. Highly recommend this house if you’re looking to get away to some peace and quiet and stunning sunsets!

With the exception of a few ceiling fans not working, the place was well maintained and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was and would not hesitate to stay there again!

This house is beautifully done and the kitchen is outstanding. Fully stocked. The pool and hot tub are so fun and convenient. The only downside was having to bring our own towels. Who wants to do that on a luxury vacation? And there was absolutely not one roll of toilet paper in the house-so come prepared. Otherwise we would definitely like to come back again!

This is a lovely home. The decor is quite nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The beach is not at all crowded. We took my mobility challenged in-laws and were very disappointed they couldn't use the elevator, but once they got over the nervousness about using the stairs, they did well. PV made sure we knew about the elevator recall prior to our visit but we were unable to find anything else. The reverse floor plan gives a terrific view all around but was another challenge for our senior family members. This VRBO is managed by Proactive Vacations. They sent maintenance to work on the hot tub but were unable to repair. They were able to fix a water leak in a toilet as identified by the town I understand. It has been my experience at other rentals to be notified prior to workers coming to the property. The great thing about the house is the many spaces to hang out and relax, board games and books to enjoy. The sheets provided were really thin.
