We rented the house for my mother-in-law's birthday celebration. The house met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment as we cooked in each night of our stay. Very comfortable and the host entity - Cozi Vacations was very responsive.

Property was clean and well maintained. Was just as the listing presented. Super close to the main strip in town which was super convenient. Overall a great stay!

The house was very clean, nice area, and accommodated everyone. In town for a wedding and it was a perfect location to get around town and 10 min from the venue.

The house is great for a family. Large living area, good location, responsive host. We had a couple of challenges, but the host responded quickly to get the issues resolved. He it worked well for our family.

This trip was for an annual athletic team trip with 8 of us attending. This is a great property in a quiet area. It’s spacious, good amenities, and in a good location to explore the city (minutes from Downtown). Logistics included a 4pm check-in time, 11am check-out time, and a max of 3 parking spots among some other details. Outdoor lights are to be turned off at 11pm and noise levels kept low after 10pm due to city ordinances. Nevertheless, the property is very well managed and the host and affiliates are very communicative and friendly.

4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plenty of place to spread out. House was very clean and had lots of amenities, like coffee (fixings) and toiletries. Very quiet neighborhood and rooms were dark during sleep. Would stay here again.

Girls Getaway
Rental was perfect for our needs. Outside space was nice. TV was a little difficult to figure out, but that could have been operator error! Easy check in, check out. Minor issues but it did not dampen our stay. One suggestion……would add bar stools, as that is where everyone hangs out. Would rent again!

Not the best experience
Not the best experience
We had quite a few issues and experience was not the best. To name a few
1. Few towels were dirty
2. The seating areas were not good. Couch is almost broken, the chair was not comfortable. Few of us had back issues because of that.
3. Hot water was not enough for 9 guests. Not all bathrooms get the hot water at the same time
4. Water pressure was not good
5. One bathroom door was not even closing or locking properly
6. Laundry was not fully equipped
7. There were gardens working in the yard while we stayed there, which made us very uncomfortable
8. Bathrooms were not updated
9. There was water in bathroom Soap dispensers
We did not felt like we got our moneys worth.
I stayed in many VRBO properties before but never faced any issues.

Birthday 60th
The best property I have yet to visit. It was spot on with all the added touches. Well decorated, comfortable beds and bedding. Clean and looks even better than the pictures. Plenty of room for ten ladies. Enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Will be returning.

Great experience
The house was perfect for our group. The beds and pillows were amazing. The house was very clean except that the floors were sticky for some reason. They didn't feel dirty, just seemed like maybe the cleaning solution was still on them or something. The address of the house that was sent to me was incorrect. They said it was on Candlelight Circle when it was actually Candlelight Cove. We had to call to ask where the house was when we were trying to find it. Otherwise, it was a great house and great experience.

I mean...WOW!
The house was amazing! A great location, spacious, cozy and beautiful! The check-in and checkout process were seamless. The house has a kitchen that is fully equipped and the beds are so comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Great family reunion location
Enjoyed the activities in Fredericksburg, and appreciated not being too close to the weekend activities! The fire pit and grill in a spacious backyard was a plus for evening gatherings.
