Rented this property offsite ONLY for the hottub. It was filthy and smelled. The owner kept promising “someone”one would come out to clean it everyday; however. No one ever came. Not even an apology from the owner- still waiting for a credit. She is “thinking” about it. Beware.

The kitchen is well stocked with oils/spices already, coffee pot + Keurig. There is a beach wagon all packed with umbrella, chairs, and beach towels available. Easy walk to Beachwalk and Lake Michigan beach. Easy parking off road. Large backyard with grill, fire pit, room to run around. Very clean and new, well-maintained. I do wish we had access to Beachwalk Community pool through this rental, but we spent time at the beach instead.

We had 6 adults & 2 kids and the house was the perfect size and set up well with multiple seating areas inside & outside. No complaints!

Wineries, breweries, the beach, cool restaurants...we hit some of them and had a blast. We loved having the hot tub, grill, and the arcade game set some competitive fun moments. The staff was very helpful and got back to me quickly as this was my first time using Vrbo and wasn’t sure what to expect. We will definitely book through them again when we take a trip again.

Yard people came and worked in the bsck yard for most of the day Wednesday and we had to keep tge kids inside. If I'm paying the price I'm pay i expect to have enough tolit paper for the week and not have to go buy sone. Plus the beds are horrible.

We had a great time and loved staying at the Brach Daze! The home was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, the hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit was also fantastic! The hosts were very responsive when we had a problem with the smoke detector and the location was perfect! We were a quick 20 minute drive to the state and national park and 5 short minutes into town and the beach! Perfect and we absolutely loved it!

We had a friends getaway weekend and this was the perfect house! 9 of us stayed there comfortably. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking and great amenities. The hot tub was fabulous!! We would definitely stay again!

Beds were of mixed comfort for everyone's taste but everyone slept comfortably. The hot tub was well maintained and enjoyed. Directions for use would have been helpful. The grill was easy to use. We thought there would have been wood for us to use the firepit, but there wasn't. It wasn't a big deal for us but something to ask about in the future. The kitchen is spacious. Amble seating as well. We played cards most of the day and we had hoped the dining set could have been more comfortable for us. It did not take away from our overall enjoyment. We would stay again.

Great place to stay really close to casino, outlet mall, bars and breweries! Place was really clean and had no issue checking in or out!

The house was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room, inside and out, for family gatherings, sleep, showering, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We had a great time. Instructions for entering and leaving were simple.

I would specially like to thank Ms Mickey, she was of great help. The house is relatively new (one level) was immaculate. Not much of a backyard but the covered back deck, hot tub and fire pit made-up for it. The house was stocked with everything and more than we needed. Very spacious, very cleaned, everything was in working oder and beautifully decorated. If I were to be in the area again, I will most definitely rented again. Loved the property: great kitchen & outdoor grill, hot tub, plenty of seating inside & outside, and ample sleeping areas. Communication with the property manager was great, very accommodating for check in & check out times. Highly recommend this house for your next trip !

Overall, the stay was great! Property was clean and just as described. We liked that the kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was amazing and ready for us. We really loved the layout of the house…. one big common area! We wish the beds in the second and third bedrooms were a bit more comfortable though, they seem to be very cheap. The bunk beds seemed unstable too. Also, no biggie, but do not expect replies during your stay. I messaged via the app and never received a response. We would stay again :)

The house was clean and spacious! Open concept, everyone congregated in the kitchen, beautiful back patio, awesome hot tub and plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. The only thing I would suggest is better mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Master bedroom was beautiful! A perfect girls getaway! Close proximity to the beach, shopping, casino and wineries! Great house, nice location. Easy check in. Had all the kitchen supplies that we needed! Nice porches and hot tub and fire pit. The bunk bed was a little wobbly but that was our only concern.

You do have to drive to the beach, it is not close enough to walk.

House was as advertised. Very clean and well stocked. Only downfall was that it is not a part of the Beachwalk Resort so no access to the pool. The Beachwalk Property manager was great and very responsive to questions. Would recommend.

We loved the open concept and the amenities. A few things we would have liked to know before hand - The beach is a 5 minute drive; more like 20 minute walk. I wish we knew about renting a golf cart. I also sent a message about using the garage and difficulties with cable/TV; no one responded during our stay.

This house exceeded our expectations. We were traveling with children ages 16 months- 10 years old. This house had everything we needed and then some. The attention to detail was so helpful (just to name a few- they had a high chair for the baby, Pack n play, beach wagon, beach chairs, a whole book of take out menus, tons of beach towels, an arcade machine, etc) The house is newer and all appliances are top of the line. Made cooking meals a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again!

Getting to the beach at Lake Michigan was easy! There was also a zoo nearby that was so worth the trip. We are already talking about coming back next year! The house had everything you could possibly need and the appliances were so nice. Definitely a gem of a find!
