The house was clean and welcoming, in a quiet location. The deck was huge and shaded. Large parking area if you have a boat etc. One of the best places we have stayed.

We needed a place to stay during the Charlevoix marathon and have dogs too. This home was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet, near hiking trails, swimming, boating, etc. The house wasclean, had everything we needed, and the yard was spacious for the dogs. great

Our stay was great at the house on 5th. Close to the wedding and reception we were attending. Outdoor space was great! Accommodations were exactly what we needed. Rhonda was very quick to respond to any questions I threw her way! Plenty of parking...of course everyone drove separately ;-)

We stayed for our son's wedding and Rhonda made it so special, she thought of every detail she had everything we would need. Very clean, very quiet just a really awesome place to stay we will be back again. Bed was very comfy also, and bonus was being able to bring our fur babies. Thank you for everything.

This house gave a great “at home” feeling. It was clean and had a great location for us to visit with our family that live locally. The host was so kind and prompt to respond to my messages. We will definitely stay here again if we visit East Jordan in the future. The porch was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the weather. The yard was nice, big and beautiful! The neighbors we very friendly and the neighborhood was very quiet. The beds were soft and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. 5 stars!!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend, from the location, to the rooms and the ability to have our pets with us! But, the thing that I was most impressed with was the amenities Rhonda had available to us! Out of all of the rentals I have stayed in, she had absolutely every kitchen utensil we needed and it made our trip so much better! She was so quick to respond to any question or need and was just an all around delight to rent from!

We were in town for our son's wedding at a local venue, The Boathouse. The house was extremely close to the venue so it was easy to get there as needed. It is also located in a neighborhood that was very convenient for walking our dog. Rhonda has thought of all kinds of things that add that homey touch, such as having microwave popcorn available, etc. She has a binder that is full of maps and pamphlets with things to do. This was very handy as we were able to locate a couple of places that we wanted to check out one of the days before the wedding. The house is neat and clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Rhonda's home was very clean, comfortable it had all of the essentials that we needed. The home was exactly how she described it in the listing. Our kids loved the luxury of having internet, AC and board games; this was something that we had been lacking for the past few days prior to arriving to East Jordan because we were in the UP. We did not experience any issues during our stay and we highly recommend Rhonda's home.

Lovely short stay
We’ve stayed here before and needed just a couple night stay. Once again, the place was immaculate. They’d made some nice updates. It was very comfortable for my husband and I. We will stay again when in Michigan.

The house was really great, clean and comfortable. It was nice to be in town and close to family. There was even a basket in the bathroom with tooth brushes, toothpaste, soap. I hope next time we go it's available.

February trip
My husband and crew were working on a home in the area and this home was a fantastic alternative to staying in a hotel. I sent home cooked meals and they all had their own space. Will rent again.

Great little place close to ski options
My family stayed here so that the boys could go skiing at multiple places. While the ski places were not fully open yet (too early in season) they still had a great time. My daughter and I had a great time hanging out at the house doing lots of girl stuff. The communication with Rhonda was great!!! Even when power outages were out of her control, she was letting us know every step of the plan the city had in place. Would definitely stay again

Cozy and Homey
The place was very cozy and homey. It had many touches of home and many amenities that made it feel like it was not a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There were hair dryers and extra toothbrushes and soaps if you forgot yours. Washer and dryer with ironing board and iron if needed. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and fit our needs perfectly. Was centrally located to be able to easily visit nearby towns and sight seeing. The hostess made a book that included the house instructions as well as brochures and all the current listings of places and events in the area.

Great location for all northwest Michigan
We stayed for a week at this house with our two cocker spaniels. The location was great for going to Charlevoix, Petosky, and Traverse City. The home was very clean and offered everything we needed and then some for a comfortable stay. The bed (master) was comfortable and there was an abundance of towels, cookware, etc. While we didn’t use the other two bedrooms but the spaces were adequate and thoughtfully set up. Yes, the washer and dryer are in a bedroom, but who cares? The ability to do laundry outweighs the location :). The communication with the host was prompt and thorough. I have allergies so we unplugged the air freshener when we arrived and with open windows the fragrance was quickly gone. We would stay here again!

I’m so happy with this weekend, the house was clean and cozy. Less then 5 minutes away from the lake. I highly recommend this location to anyone. The host is fabulous and gracious, any questions we may had. She would answer quickly. Once again I loved the house.
