We had a great stay at this awesome condo! The condo was very clean. We loved the ocean view and saw a few dolphins from the balcony. It is nicely furnished. Communications with the owner were top notch!! The beach was very nice as well!

Beautiful home perfectly tucked away with feel of awesome ocean resort. Beach is world class with blue water, and soft, white sand. Perfect escape from the concrete jungle. Area safe and inviting. Met various people and they were warm and friendly. No doubt, will return!

I give this property the highest rating. Clean, very well equipped with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beds very comfortable.

This condo is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Condo had views of ocean and waterway. It was a descent size for 4 people, clean and well stocked for cooking.

We had a wonderful short (3-night) stay at this thoughtfully appointed condo, with a perfect view of the beach. *Loved all the cute cups & plates. We were surpised and delighted with the building's proximity to the beach as well. Further, the design and layout of the unit was great - in fact - I'd copy it for our everyday living if I could! Also terrific is that not only is the view perfect from the front full length windows, but there's a wonderful view out the back over the kitchen window as well! Our visit was perhaps "pre-season", but there were never any waits for the elevator - access up and down was not an issue. The check-in process has a number of steps, but Linda did a good job of explaining in writing. We would definitely recommend rental of this condo to any vacationers. Super clean too.

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, spacious, and pleasant. It took us a minute to find the place to get the outdoor key and get in, but everything else was great.

Communication was top notch! Everything worked well and ran smooth. The condo is updated and very clean. This was a great stay for us!

The unit was clean with very nice furnishings and fixtures. The oceanfront view was awesome especially with the wall sized sliding doors out to the balcony!

Great condo

All the condos somehow have a view of the ocean, from the main room and the master bedroom. Nicely furnished. We watched the Super Bowl on the large flat screen. I could have slept on the couch, but the beds were just as comfy. Well-stocked kitchen with good appliances. Plenty of wine glasses, knives, anything we needed. (Well, we did bring a slow-cooker, which Valerie said was allowed.) The pool wasn't open yet, but the pickleball court was available; I had to try it once. Plenty of parking. The security guard, Michelle, was nice and helpful. This would be a great place to retire and write my next book.

Ocean front, clean spacious slice of heaven! The sound of the ocean is fantastic! Roll over in bed and watch the sunrise! Great food and fun just steps away! We will definitely return!

The Condo was perfect for us and our children. The views were amazing and the beach access was great. Clean unit, comfortable accommodations, great communication with the owner, and close to local restaurants!

This location is ideal, views of the beach unbeatable, the property had everything we needed and wanted. My dad has mobility challenges and the space accommodated his needs beautifully. Host was fabulous. Fast responses to every need and wonderfully helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property, location, and beach atmosphere but TV service didn’t include traditional sports coverage something of importance to us.

8D was simply breathtaking with the top floor views. The new remolded deco is very cute. The beds are very comfy and everything was clean. The kitchen is small but is fully equipped. The only thing that I could recommend is a new HDMI router. We had a hard time trying to get it to reboot every day. Non the less,,, an awesome unit!! We would def rent again.

Great location walking distances to restaurants, beach, shops, and grocery store. Easy check in and check out process. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent condo as described/pictured, very well kept and appointed. Comfortable beds with linens, plenty of towels! Our 9 yr old and 15 yr old loved being so close to the ice cream shop, Wings, and Trolley Stop. Excellent location, great pool area and beach access easy. Hostess was very reachable and helpful. When we locked ourselves out, she was very prompt at helping us fix it! In the past we have stayed at Wrightsville Dunes on the north end of the island but we really enjoyed Station 1, especially given the kids ages, convenience, and lovely condo.

Excellent location and lovely, beach themed condo. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was superb. My parents, my daughter, and I LOVED our stay here and would definitely go back!!!

My family stayed here last week and we could not have asked for a better location or ocean views. This unit was really perfect for our small children, with close access to the pool and beach, and comfortable beds for them. The linens and towels were high quality and plentiful. Linda was accessible and very responsive to my questions leading up to and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This condo is beautiful, right on the beach, and close to everything in town. We stayed here with our 2 year old and it was perfect for the three of us. The condo was much more spacious than expected. Being centrally located was great. We could wake up and walk to many restaurants, which our daughter loved! We weren’t able to enjoy a lot of amenities because the weather was not on our side but we have already said we’d love to come back!

Excellent property location on the Ocean. The Condo was nicely furnished, with beautiful views of the Ocean. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the AM and PM. Excellent location to Restaurants. Short drive to Historic Wilmington. Definitely a place I will be back to.

Linda is such a great host! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay- beds are comfy with nice linens. So important! We had a group of 4 girls and plenty of space to hang out and socialize. Very convenient walking to restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. It’s a 25 minute Uber into Wilmington and super easy to get one. Highly recommend this space and the host Linda, She helped us with recommendations and they were perfect!

Great place for a weekend getaway!! So lovely to sit on the balcony. Quick walk to beach, store, and restaurants.

It was perfect from beginning to end: our host permitted us to check in early; we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, walking on the beach, and taking advantage of the proximity to restaurants and activities. Nice to go to sleep with the sound of the waves!
