The property owners have made this rental home perfect. They have provided everything you need. We arrived and did not leave with exception to store. This large home is beautiful. The pool and hot tub entertained during the day. Theater room, pool table, and the 3 large dining tables for cards and games entertained us at night. The bedrooms are sound proof. So the night owls did not bother anyone. We really had a beautiful time. I dont want to leave out the property manager. Jim was very accommodating. Responded back very quickly with answers to my questions. There were a few minor issues that I told him about before we left and he was heading up to take care of them. The pool and the theatre room were big hits with our crew. Very quiet neighborhood, not too far from attractions. Everyone had a great time.

Great property with a wonderful pool! Hard to impress our teenagers, but it did. Large house and plenty of room to spread out, and nice gathering spaces for family meals. Wanted something away from the touristy spots, so it was perfect. Drive wasn't bad when we wanted to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

We had an excellent time at this house. It had plenty of room for our entire large family of all ages. The pool was the highlight. Great location to all of the places we visited in the area. It was very clean and provided everything we needed. Beautiful area as well. Thank you.

Overall was very good. Could use better cleaning and a few repairs. The owner was very prompt in answering.

We just stayed at the MLM. The house was great. Lots of space and there was more than enough room for our extended family. The kids loved the pool the most. Great experience communicating with our host! It even worked out where we were able to access the property earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this property.

Broken hot tub lid made it a little difficult to close but the tub was great. Ironing board but no iron. No keurig. Theater needs instructions but is very nice once figured out - Jim responded to me quickly when I had questions . TV in pool room not working. Pool cues usable but could use some attention- nice slate table. Kitchen is great but could use a little more cookware items. The pictures on the VRBO add shows cushioned furniture and a TV in the screened porch and a table with umbrella and cushioned chairs poolside- neither of these exits now. That’s it for my nit picking list just a little more attention to detail and this place would be absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and clean inside and out. The grounds are very well kept. Bedrooms nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses - look for hidden USB ports on the back of the nightstand tops, I didn’t notice them until we were cleaning up to leave. There are two spare refrigerators when you enter the side door hall that came in very handy for beverages but could handle mass amounts of food and drinks for large groups. As a bonus a friendly cat stopped by to check on us every once in a while. Even with the issues I mentioned above I would still have to rate this place 9.9 out of 10. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The house was wonderful. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our children, my in-laws and my mother. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as have their own space. Both the kids and the grandma's loved the pool and hot tub - the yard is very private which is not typical of other houses we have stayed at in the area. The kitchen was great as both my husband and father in law love cooking, we were able to eat many meals at the house. The children loved the theater room playing video games and watching movies. The location was great with a grocery store just a few minutes away. Many restaurants nearby and just a short drive from all the attractions in the area. Everything very smooth and the owners were very quick to respond to all questions we had leading up to the visit. It was a great visit for all!

Meadowlark Manor is at the top of our family's vacation spots. The owner, Jim, is extremely responsive to questions and needs.

Beyond pleased with this rental for a multi-family vacation. Very well-maintained home with luxurious but comfortable amenities and beautiful views. Impressed with how spacious the bedrooms all were! Vacationing with kids was easy in this home with the theater, pool table, pool, and gated patio. Loved the extra fridge and two grills for a combined family vacation. The only aspect that wasn’t beyond satisfying was the fact that the property is on a hill so the usable yard space was smaller than we anticipated - but the pool and patio more than made up for that. Plenty of room to still throw a ball around in the back yard. And couldn’t have asked for a better host! Jim was outstanding, very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Would recommend and would stay again!

The house is setup really well. Lots of room for everyone. Had a nice kitchen with 3 refrigerators! Has a great screened in porch that looks out at the pool. Has 2 barbecue grills. Was clean and in great condition.

Our whole family stayed here (age range 11- 79yo) and had a great time. Pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace were all used during our stay and greatly enjoyed. The movie theater room was also a fun perk and a good way to close out an eventful day. House also had 2 fridge/freezers off the kitchen and another side-by-side in the kitchen, so plenty of room for food and beverages for a large group. We liked that the grocery store is only 10 min away and even had Forbidden Caverns and a Trout farm for fresh fish nearby. Subdivision is very hilly but beautiful, but was a bit challenging for the runners in our group (ended up driving to Sevierville and finding bike paths there to run/walk most of the days). Overall a fantastic experience !!

This property is great! We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday. There were 15 adults and it was plenty of space. The owner responded very quickly to us when trying to figure out the theater room. We had a chef come in and cook for us 2 nights so even though it’s kinda far from Pigeon Forge it wasn’t a big deal for us. We will definitely use this place again. The only suggestion is maybe providing a few Tide pods to use the washing machine. We needed to wash dish towels from cooking and there was none. We love that there are 2 big fridges which helped with all the food we had. Definitely would recommend

It was obvious genuine time and attention was provided in planning the layout, functionality of the home on the interior and exterior. We loved everything about the home, the location. Far enough from town but an enjoyable, scenic drive to town if so desired. Jim was amazing to work with, quick to communicate. We hope our future visits to the area take us back here!

The property was as advertised. Beautiful & spacious. Many utensils for cooking/grilling. Amenities like basic basic… salt & pepper, coffee, water would have been nice considering the nightly rate. One suggestion: leave detail instructions on how to use theatre room or request if you are staying here so you can watch a movie and take advantage of it.
