My husband and I truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this adorable cottage. It was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Great location and much closer to Provincetown than we realized, which was a big plus! It was wonderful to be right on the beach and so close to the ocean! Thank you!!!

Wonderful quiet stay, right on the beach. The neighbors were very friendly, and didn’t treat us like an outsider. Easy to make it down to Provincetown or back toward Boston. This was no big city noise stay….all you could hear were the waves, and the moonlit glow and stars. The house is super cute, with friendly amenities to make the stay better. Keep up being awesome!

We stayed for five nights and enjoyed our stay very much! Although small, the thoughtful use of space made the cottage very functional and perfect for our needs. It was stocked with everything we needed and was close to restaurants and shopping. Our host was very responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Everything about this beach house was just perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Location is amazing AC and heat work. Perfect. Great hot water and pressure. Super comfortable bed. Those are all my key points and everything was 10 out of 10 couldn’t be better.

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The house and location was excellent and very convenient to everything in town. We did eat breakfast one morning at the house but then there is so many little place to eat in both towns that we just could not hit them all. The views from the back door where amazing. Thanks

Unique dwelling with an amazing view of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. Great access to National Seashore and restaurants. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. The bed was very comfortable.

Outside privacy is limited. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The view is beautiful, directly on the beach.The host was very accommodating and easily reached.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Location was exactly as advertised. Very clean and perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Terra Luna restaurant right down the street was so good we went 2 nights of our 3 night getaway.

We loved the cottage! It’s beautifully refurbished and very comfortable for 2. It’s in a perfect location, right on a quiet beach and minutes from high energy Ptown. We will be back!

The place is a shack, like a studio. But it is roomy for 2 people. It is next to the beach and about 10 min from the Cape Cod beaches and bike trails. The neighbor, Pamela and his husband are very nice. We had a great time staying here. The only drawback is that the cars go quite fast on route 6A next to the house. Every time a bus goes by, the side of the house shakes. It woke me up at 12:45am in a Saturday night/Sunday morning. That's probably the last bus during the weekends.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a nice long weekend, and we were so thrilled with the place! The cottage is beautiful and cozy, and RIGHT on the beach! The proximity to Provincetown and other attractions near us were perfect, nothing was more than a 10 minute drive for us. We have fallen in love with Cape Cod, and already miss this cozy cottage! Whenever we return, we would be thrilled to stay here again. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Great Place and location. Great water view from inside. The rear deck was great. Very close to water, which we love. Had a most relaxing time due to all of the above. The interior was great as well. Nothing was lacking in the way of things included. You might try to put a couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels or? Would highly recommend it.

This is the perfect getaway place for two. It had everything we needed for our two week stay. You’re steps away from the beach and a quick ride into Ptown for fun. The hosts were informative and quick to respond to questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Check-in was easy and we entered this beautiful Bungalow! We ran to the slider to stand on the deck and gaze across the Cape Bay! Great location with an easy trip into Provincetown or Wellsfleet! I highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a wonderful location, the amenities are excellent, and everything needed was provided. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to go back again!

This property is exactly as advertised. Photos are correct. The beach is right down from the deck. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. I wasn't fond of the close proximity of the other cottages but I knew they would be that close when I booked. I'd stay here again.

EZ access not crowded more than average designated parking area right at the front door. The beautiful beach with great view is just a few steps away from the back porch. If you like the ocean want to relax and recharge this is your place.

The locations was amazing having the beach outside of your door. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!!!
