The hotel is definitely oriented as family hotel. Everything is adapted to families with children. Nicely kept and huge territory. Plenty of nice and clean pools, many of them suitable for children. Quite big and comfortable rooms with balconies. Many towels. Big and nice bed and good quality of sheets and pillows. The food deserves separate description.Shortly- it is great! First of all - excellent organisation of whole process, we are seven people family, never waited for free table. There is excellent children's corner, oatmeal is served every morning, eggs in different ways and by order as well, nice pizza, pasta, tasty pancakes and delicious Frenchfries. Variety of salads and desserts of finest quality, no vegetarian whipped cream, all natural. Seasonal fruits of the top quality. Every day was some dishes of local cuisine like stifado, loukanika, sheftalia and souvlaki. You can try local cheese and desserts as well. Fine backery. Icecream is available whole day. Worth to go for All Included option. To reach the beach you have to walk a bit, like 200 meters to the Nissi Beach. But! The Nissi beach is gorgeous! White sand an colors of water make an unbelievable beautiful view!!! You have to mention that it is full, not overcrowded so you always find a place, but really full of people. So to be sure to get the place and umbrella, better to occupy it before breakfast . It is chargeable, two longchairs and umbrella is 7,5 Eur per day altogether, you pay on place, the man is coming and charges you. There are several nice beach restaurants and bars. The hotel stuff is very nice and friendly. The spa is outstanding. Would be nice to come again.

Children animation is bit below expectations

The location, wonderful breakfast (as in most of hotels in Cyprus). Many interconnected pools and pool activities.

The hotel was overcrowded and too busy. The room was noisy, because of neighbors. There was an unpleasant misunderstanding, caused by booking.com and the hotel reception. We booked and prepaid (2 nights for testing) a family room for 2 adults+2 kids, but somehow the booking confirmation showed Number of guests: 2 adults, so the receptionist was asking for extra 100 euros to accommodate 2 kids in the same room. Our booking for 4 persons was with the following contradicting confirmation: Family Room with Inland View Number of guests: 2 adults Price € 567.50 Additional information Prices for your children are included in the price shown. The hotel insisted, that the mentioned amount was only for 2 adults. After a call to booking.com (spending another hour waiting on lines) the customer service also somehow confirmed, that the payment was only for 2 adults, so we had to pay extra for children. They also promised to send a contact email immediately, so that we can send them the booking confirmation for a family with 2 kids, to start an investigation. We are still waiting...nearly 2 months.. We checked in agreeing to pay the extra fee. In fact at the end the hotel did not charge our credit card, so the only outcome was unpleasant check-in experience and spending a couple of hours in the lobby. This is more about booking.com service level with the confusion, created by them...

No space by the pools especially the small pool. The slides don’t open till 11. Pool FULL of sand and very slippery The restaurant smelt like a swimming pool with damp. They chairs were wet/damp at dinner time. Felt like I was in a school canteen. Food and drinks were average.

The food wasn't so great at all

The location was great and staff was friendly and polite. Special thanks to Krysztof at breakfast and Daniela as well as Nicolas from gym.

The photos online and the reality are different! Lobby is very dark compared to picture. Not so clean (found hair in my bedsheets) a/c was always on and did not change temp as commanded. Sunbeds are waaay too close to each other! Pillows are uncomfortable. We only got one pair of slippers. One of the bathrobes was very old and overused. We didn’t get a toilet brush and the kettle was not properly cleaned inside. But what surprised us the most was the fact that there was no water available at breakfast. Even though there were juices; for water you have to pay (??!)

The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great with lots of choices, huge pool, very friendly animators, great location next to the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Overall a very good resort.

The swim up and the rooms are really nice and big .

What I didn’t like is there was ants all over the room in the bathroom that I had to ask for the insect repellent spray to stay in the room because the ants keeper coming in the bathroom

Wonderful pool, great location, very calm and safe. Nice food and kind staff.We were as couple but wonderful for families.
