The cottage was perfect! It was clean, well kept, and an easy location to visit so many places. Jeff and Mechelle were very communicative and shared all relevant information before asking. We were able to cook some meals in—bought incredibly fresh fish from black rock seafood. The Store was very close to get basics and yummy muffins and sandwiches. We rented bikes from Skagit Cycle Shop and rode around Guemes Island then had a delicious meal at the General Store. We rode our bikes across Fidalgo Bay. We visited Deception Pass State Park. We went to San Juan Island and Orcas Island. And each day we came home to the very comfortable cottage! We had a wonderful week in Anacortes!

The Q was in the perfect location for our Anacortes getaway - close to walking trails, good food "downtown", and the marina. It was a comfortable home away from home with all needed amenities.

We visited Anacortes to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This home was even better than the pictures and so comfortable! It was perfect place to stay while we explored the town as well as San Juan Island. The hosts were so generous and responsive! Would give it 10 stars!

We booked last minute without difficulty. The house was well appointed and very clean. Great space for two people, would also be nice for a party of four. We would stay here again.

A delightful and cheerful refuge at the end of long day. Extraordinary open kitchen filled with every appliance and tool you could need, making dinner was a dream here. Generous amount of storage space in the bathroom and plenty of room to tuck away your luggage so that one feels like you have a home in Anacortes. Sunny and bright, the perfect size for folks who relish space to prepare food, have additional room to relax and savor the comforts of a well designed home. Generous owners exceeded all expectations. Just the type of stay anyone could wish for, excellent in every way.

The "Q" was the perfect spot for a visit to Whidbey Island! Cute, clean and comfy! The master bed was amazing! The bathroom spacious and spa like. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooking. Can't wait to return again!

My family and I had a great stay while visiting family. The house was perfect and the hosts are very welcoming. A quick walk or drive to parks, restaurants and shops. The house was equipped with all the essentials and very clean. We will come back again!

Jeff and Michelle have thought of everything! Their home is clean, comfy, well laid out, and they have been so thoughtful and thorough in the little extras like dish detergent, laundry detergent, a clean sponge, plenty of towels, and pillows and blankets. Super easy to check in and they were quick to answer every question we had. I cannot recommend it enough!

We had a very restful stay during our week at the Q and wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we're in the area! The beds were super comfortable and the home was clean with an excellent use of space. In addition to the comforts of home, our hosts thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary! The Q was a great home base while we visited Whidbey Island, Friday Harbor, and Bellingham.

Anacortes is the perfect getaway, close to many parks and trails, marinas and the the ferry stop for the the SanJuan Islands. Our rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. It was exceptionally clean and decorated really cute! Many nice touches like night stands with reading lamps make the stay so enjoyable.

The house is adorable and in immaculate condition. Have already recommended to family and friends. Will rebook the next time we come to visit Anacortes.

Unbelievable place. Small on the outside but big on the inside. Very tasteful colors and design. One of the best places I’ve stayed in.

The "Q" is an excellent vacation rental in all aspects. Jeff and Mechelle are communicative and kind. The property has been spotless and cozy both times we've stayed. I appreciate that there isn't a long list of "chores" to do upon check out. The kitchen is very well appointed - this is the only rental property my snobby chef husband has ever cooked a meal at! We'll be back someday for a threepeat!

This B&B was just what we were hoping for—a quiet, spotless, peaceful retreat both evenings when we returned from a huge all-weekend family celebration. It had everything we needed and the furnishings were exceptionally comfortable. The shower is large and attractive, and the bedding and towels were exceptionally nice. We were very happy with the excellent communication, but the place is so functional and the instructions so clear that we didn’t need to contact them during our stay. If you’re looking for an attractive, immaculate 2-bedroom place, it’s right here.
