L’appartamento ha una vista fronte lago molto bella e rilassante e si trova all’interno di un complesso residenziale piccolo e tranquillo. É dotato di tutti i confort, dal parcheggio sotto casa alla lavatrice, l’arredamento é moderno e ben tenuto, la pulizia ottima. Cristina che ci ha accolto é una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile. Tutto consigliatissimo!

Difficile trovare qualcosa che non andava..ma direi che, al piano di sopra, servirebbe una porta a separare dalle luci e dai rumori del piano principale, l’altra camera.

Cristina was extremely responsive and great to be greeted in person, easy parking, amazing view, roomy fridge and kitchen (can easily make full meals), good kitchen supplies, bed was super firm but comfy. Apartment very new and clean.

Totally minor things but it would have been helpful: apartment needs hooks on walls in bedroom and bathroom (nowhere to hang things like towels and a robe), more hangers in closet, toilet paper holders, blackout curtains in bedroom (it was super light in morning even with shutters closed), better lighting options (living room had one low light and then all bright lights - so more lamps would be nice in living and bedroom to create a more cozy environment). Also we ran out of hot water fairly quickly so we had to stagger our showers.

Very nice and clean accommodation, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Ideal for families. The magnificent view is the absolute highlight of the accommodation. Cristina was very nice and friendly, she advised us about many places to visit. We also asked for extra things and she provided us with everything we asked for such as iron and toaster.

This apartment is fabulous! It’s new, modern, nicely decorated and shiny clean - with great views of the lake of Como - and has all the space and all of the amenities one needs. The rental agent, Cristina, was very attentive and nice. She answered all of my questions promtly. When we had an issue with the water heater (it was just the fuse breaker that went out), she sent her husband in the middle of the night - in pouring rain - to fix the issue. Really a top notch service and place!

The location in Onno - although it was only 15 minutes from Bellagio and Lecco - was pretty isloated, so you needed to drive most places. The roads are VERY narrow - even for European taste - so, if that scares you, you should stay nearer to Lecco. There were several parties going on in other rental units, which might disturb some people.

apartment is located in very peaceful Onno. for restaurants, cafes and bars we had to go to more touristic cities, as are Bellagio and Lecco, which are reachable by car in 15 minutes.
