Everything was PERFECT! The instructions and communication prior to arrival was complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with the more than the basic necessities and a great location to boot!!

We had 14 in our group. 12 stayed at Eagle Cliff and 2 stayed in the cottage behind. The property is very clean and each year we are there we see more improvements. See you again next year!!

Absolutely loved this house! It was very roomy. The front porch is awesome. Each room having its own bathroom was a HUGE plus, and very convenient. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Definitely will be planning another stay!

We absoultly loved our stay. Traveling with a group of old friends. All the bedrooms with private baths was perfect. Great location at end of the Strip but easy walk to everything. The home had everything we needed. Already talking about booking again for next year.

A group of old friends and spouses got together for the weekend and we were pleased with the rental. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The downstairs had plenty of room to accommodate us and quests. Location is great.
We loved the wrap around porch and the backyard for an evening fire. We would come back again.

This was our groups 3rd trip to GOTL. This house is perfect for our group, with each bedroom having its own bathroom we can all get ready easily. The 1/2 bath downstairs was an AWESOME addition! We couldn't get the gas fireplace started, but they sent someone over quickly. Highly recommend this house for your girls trip. Also recommend Sunset Taxi for your Wine Hop. Ask for Dave!

As we begin our journey into our 70’s we decided to spend some quality time together. We had a great trip. Enjoyed our stay and visited several wineries. The bar next store to the property is quite loud until the wee hours and corner is quite busy. Overall it worked well for us.

Had a great time. I agree with other reviews about the music. But it was more from the guests in the other cottages out back than the bar. There were 6 of us so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Which was wonderful Was glad for the half bath downstairs. Easy to get around the town and to the wineries.

This house is perfect for our August birthdays celebration! We have 6 couples so it is the perfect size and convenient to the strip. The house is very clean and they are working on upgrades, new kitchen counter, new appliances, and a powder room on the 1st floor! Thank you!! Fire pit always has plenty of wood. We are planning already for next August!

Very appropriate for a group of women on a girls weekend get away. It is very pricey when we could have each just got a hotel room. But the porch and sitting at the table together made it worth it

As usual a GREAT time was had by all. I try to make this an annual get together. Last year at this time I was hospitalized and had to cancel my reservation--Management was sympathetic and my deposit was refunded with no problems.
This year the addition of the new downstairs bathroom was a huge plus. Plenty of room for food and places to sit. The huge front porch is definitely the highlight of the house. Unfortunately the only drawback is parking. The strip gets quite crowded. Thank you again and See you next year!!

Nice place, close to everything. The house was nicely accommodating for our group. Every couple had their own room & bathroom.
The beds and bedding ware okay and each room had its own tv.
Two old guys who were staying around the corner at one of the back units parked themselves on the front porch in the midst of our group. They had their own patio but sat on ours…..it was awkward.
The host never acknowledged my messages and the hand soap containers are filled with water.

Furniture old and not very comfortable. Air conditioners and noisy, Music is loud for sleeping No garbage disposal. Deck and backyardwere very nice and enjoyable

The house was spotless. Kitchen well stocked with any kitchen pot, utensil, etc. you might need. Plenty of parking. Close to everything on the GOTL Strip. Added bonus … a bathroom was installed on the 1st floor.

Great stay and excellent location! The house was clean and spacious, however, the owner did try to charge us an additional fee for “checking in early” without warning. Our group checked-in per e-mail instructions and owner still tried to charge us an additional $300 for our stay. He never collected from us but I just wanted renters to be aware.

There were 9 of us, this house was perfect with 6 BRs and attached bathrooms. Tons of firewood to enjoy the fire pits. Being right on the strip is a bit noisy with cars and motorcycles cruising by. Didn’t hear a thing once we went to bed.

Love your property! Always clean, comfortable and really love the additional restroom added to the first floor. Lovely porch and right near bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to people visiting Geneva on the Lake.

This is a fantastic property. Management has everything figured out. My team stayed here during the week on a work trip. Unfortunately this house is located right next to the east end bar and grill which plays music all night until 2:00 in the morning every day of the week. Not the property owners fault but unfortunately if you're a light sleeper you won't be sleeping much.

We had such a great time at the property. It's within close distance to everything we wanted to enjoy. The house was fully stocked with the essentials you need, there is a little store across the street, a few restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious and had some cool decor. We will definitely be planning a trip back in the summer when more of the strip is open.

This house has a great porch for relaxing with a comfortable swing for two. It was nice for everyone to have en suite bathrooms. The kitchen had everything needed. This is a great house for couples and is in a great location with a park that you can walk to as well as a market across the street. Several bars are nearby. We had no issues so we did not need to contact the property manager.

6 sisters getaway!! This house was perfect with six beds and baths!! Lovely historical home on the strip. Ear plugs are a necessity for the east side bedrooms. Perfect once we had those.

We are a group of 11 friends all from upstate ny but residing in many different areas of the country now… met in Geneva as a good middle ground. We really enjoyed finding a place that could comfortably accommodate our group. Loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom and how easy it was to find your own space in this large home.
Owners and maintenance were very helpful and easy to contact if needed.

Enjoyed the house. Didn't realize people we didn't know felt like they could use the front porch. Gave off a weird vibe. Since they were staying at one of the back cabins I didn't feel it was my place to tell them. Otherwise the COMMUNAL back yard was nice.

The house is a historical property. There is some construction going on at side of the property but not enough to deter our group. All bedrooms and baths are on the 2nd floor. There is a room off the living room that would be perfect for a nice powder room .

Loved the location and the bathrooms with each bedroom. Nice kitchen and supplies. Only negative is the absence of a downstairs bathroom, could be fixed with getting rid of the small room in the back of the house that has an extra fridge and stove, it looks out of place.

The house was perfect for the 11 of us . Esp the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch was awesome and we used it more than the inside in our 2 day stay. The location is awesome to enjoy Geneva on the lake and the wineries.
