We came for Weekend 2 of Coachella 2022 and it was our first time. Loved the house! So convenient and fun to have so many amenities at the house, especially the pool and washer/dryer. Easy to get to the Polo Fields, but is a bit of a walk (we had a car and parked). Prepare for the traffic during Coachella! Definitely would stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend this home for families or groups. Space for everyone with it still feeling cozy!

Booked this place to accommodate 4 families to celebrate a big birthday milestone. It was big enough to fit us all comfortably and we enjoyed all the amenities it offered. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances were like new and modern. We were able to cook all our meals with ease. We made good use of their pool and the kids loved using it multiple times per day. The house location was also within 5-10 minute drive to stores (Costco, Walmart, etc.) and restaurants. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It’s perfect for a family getaway to relax and unwind.

I booked this property for a Pandemic Pool vacation with a group of my West Coast friends and couldn't have been happier with the experience. This is the best stocked VRBO/Airbnb house that any of us have ever stayed at. The kitchen is all brand nee appliances, stocked with all the spices and essentials you could want. There are speakers throughout the house and outside and are all easily controlled by the House iPad. There is plenty of activities, from a pool table (although much of the pool cues need replacement as the tops are ground down to the plastic, but there were two good cues so no big deal), foosball table inside, putting green, and cornhole, we never needed to leave the property. The pool is somewhat small, so it does get rather warm in the summer heat, but at the end of the day it is still much nicer than being outside the water in that heat. Bedrooms are very spacious and the beds comfortable, which was perfect for the 10 adults staying here. There is a Costco nearby which is great for provisioning as well as some supermarkets and other shopping stores. Outside of this we didn't really explore the area too much, so not sure what else is around, but the area is rather easy to explore in a vehicle. All in all this was a great vacation place and I couldn't recommend it enough for family or friends vacations.

We had the best time at the Tulip house. Three families, each with 2 kids, stayed here for 3 nights and we thought the house was perfect for a group gathering for 3 families. 5 bedrooms allowed kids to have their own "sleepovers". I think the house would be a little tight for more number of families. The house was well stocked with everything you need. We never had a moment of thinking the house lacked something. I was surprised to find the third bathroom outside of the house by the pool (temp controlled with its own air conditioner) but it was actually very nice to have one there. Kids had a blast swimming all day (with tons of house provided water toys), playing pool (billiards), foosball, and board games. Somebody was always playing at the Pacman machine and even dads had a competition of their own. The house had tons of fun board games that were all intact and in great conditions. Even after the kids went to sleep, adults stayed up late playing them. Outside furnitures were all great. We didn't sit at the patio furniture much because it was just so hot outside but if we went at a different time of the year, we would have hung outside way more and there was comfortable room for everyone. Kitchen had endless supply of plates, cups, utensils, etc. Even bigger rental homes sometimes lack bigger pots and pans for large party cooking but I was really happy with the variety and sizes of everything. Sarah the host was always immediately available for any questions prior to and during the stay. One tip is to text her using the number provided (instead using the VRBO app messaging). One of our kids accidentally shattered a window while playing at the putting green. We notified Sarah immediately and she couldn't have been nice about it. (We paid for the damage of course.) Besides the unfortunate damage, we took a great care of the house because the house treated us well. We would for sure go back to the house for more group gatherings!

Beautiful house and setup, there were plenty of activities to do. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of toiletries and supplies, we did not have to buy anything extra. Nice quiet neighborhood. The sound system and pool are all accessible through the house tablet. We would definitely stay again. The whole setup was a beyond worth what we paid for the week.

It was a great time staying at the Tulip house. The family enjoyed every minute, thank you!!
