We had a great time during out trip. The condo was centrally located and close to ski access for me and my husband. Extra bonus being so close to the rec and library for the bebs. Thanks!

Nice spot that is nicely placed within short walk to gondola at avon base of beaver creek. Also good for steps from shuttle bus to vail. Avon eat spots and shops within short walk and avon rec center directly behind the building if you want to hot tub/sauna/steam room after the slopes. Rec center was $10 for use at night 7-9pm. Condo was nicely furnished. Could be comfortable for 4 people. Know that the master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the guest bedroom. Master bath also quite a bit larger than the other. Overall, good spot in Avon that doesn't totally break the bank.

This condo is within walking distance of a beautiful 50 acre park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restaurants, library, community center, etc…. The view, location and security of this condo was excellent.

This is well maintained and very well stocked condo in the middle of Avon, CO. Walking distance to the park/lake, pool and restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable, was enough room for two adults, two kids and a small dog. View of Beaver Creek mountain from the balcony. We did enjoy our stay.

Can't wait to come back! So convenient, clean, and as represented. Roomy and well lit. We loved it all! Perfect to take gondola to ski, includes garage parking and about a minute walk to the recreation center where the kids LOVED the pools!

Comments above are accurate, but there were a few things that you would expect to be better considering the price to stay there: 1. Master bedroom mattress (foam mattress starting to breakdown) 2. 2nd bedroom’s Murphy bed when pulled down from the wall was not level; with the foot of bed lower than the head of the bed 3. The biggest issue was the light clicking and clanking noise you would hear emanating from the heating radiators when they were heating the bedrooms. This noise goes away when the room hits temperature, but as soon as the temp goes down, the radiator noise continues. Light sleepers beware…

Clean, easy, great location.

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Between the bus and the riverfront gondola, it was so easy to get to the mountain to ski. We went to the Avon recreation center one afternoon, which is directly behind the building, and our kids had a blast at the pool. Overall, this place had everything we needed for comfort and fun. Can’t wait to come back.

This property is conveniently located next to the gondola. Everything we needed was available in the condo. Walking distance and short drive to many restaurants.

The unit is right in the middle of downtown Avon next to the Lake. You can walk to the grocery store and the park. Dog friendly, there are plenty of nice walks nearby. Clean & comfortable with nice views of Beaver Creek Ski Mountain from the living room & deck.

We have stayed in many VRBO places. This is one of the best. Outstanding location close to a walking park, the river for fishing, restaurants and shopping. Quite & private condo setting.. The unit was very clean. Well stocked amenities. Parking garage had plenty of spaces. We would rent again if in the area.

Great condo, nicely updated, with good parking. The Wifi password was misspelled in the check-in documents, but was resolved relatively quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a two bedroom condo located in The Seasons. The Seasons is conveniently located right next to the Avon transportation hub and a very short walk across the street from the Westin, where a free gondola ride takes you to Beaver Creek Landing (where there’s a ticket office) and you can catch a lift into the Bachelor’s Gulch area of BC. The most outstanding feature of the condo is the kitchen. It’s beautiful. If you’ve ever rented a condo, you know they usually don’t have much cabinet space to store groceries and they are usually stocked with the bare minimums. This kitchen had so much space and so much stuff. The slide out pantry was great. The living space is fairly small, but there are a couple of comfortable chairs and a good sized couch. There is no separate dining table (it’s got seats on the extended end of the kitchen counter). We were a little disappointed with the fireplace, which doesn’t put out much heat and is controlled by a thermostat. The smaller bathroom is off the hall. There’s a good amount of closet space in the hallway and a stacked washer and dryer. The smaller bedroom has a Murphy bed and bunk beds. It also has a good sized closet. The master has a comfortable bed. There is no closet or dresser. There’s a wardrobe, and I wish that storage had been better. The master bath is great with a tub and separate shower. The toilet has a Toto bidet type lid with remote control. There’s no hot tub on the property (at least not that we saw) but the Avon Recreational Center is across the street and they have indoor pools and play area for kids. There are good dining options within a short walk. Bob’s Place is a bar/restaurant and Ticino’s is a very good Italian restaurant (make a reservation). Overall, this condo was a very good value in a good location.

Conveniently located in Avon with easy access to groceries, ski rentals, and ski lifts in Beaver Creek. Clean, well-appointed, and well-equipped property -- exceeded our expectations!

Loved being close to the Gondola. Condo had a great view, clean, very comfortable. The city rec center was just across the street. Kids enjoyed that. We will definitely be back next year.

Stayed here for a Birthday/Anniversary/Valentines day weekend. Great property, close to the slopes and good places to eat. Condo was cozy and had everything we needed.

The newly remodeled kitchen and living room were modern and appealing, place was very nice. Quite convenient to the bus stop, the gondola and the Westin. I would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Just a short walk across the street to the gondola leading up to the slopes and in the heart of Avon, the location couldn't be better. The condo is modern and very comfortable with a great kitchen. The owners were prompt to answer any questions that we had. When we come back to the Beaver Creek area we will be sure to book again!

The owner of this property was very responsive and ensured we had all the details for the unit as well as ski storage, etc. The large movie collection was a bonus! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo perfect for our family. Easy to get up to BC to ski. Loved Avon the bus service went great lots of restaurants lots to do for nonskiers the owners were very accommodating and responsive would definitely stay here again
