Please note this is not a hotel or serviced apartment, its a private home (ie. airbnb). Very comfortable, modern and clean apartment. Bed was super comfortable. A lot of pools, though getting around the property is quite confusing.

We arrived past midnight and it took awhile to check in as the lobby was already closed, and whoever is on duty had to make a few calls to get my keys. I also did not like the location (no fault of the property) as there are not as much restaurants/massage places and its on a strip of beach that is dirty from the monkeys nearby.

The whole building is quite new. So is the apartment. Location is pretty good. You are at the beach in no time. A variety of restaurants are in the neighborhood.

Checking in was a bit cumbersome. It was a bit shocking to see a sign in the elevators informing you that short-term rental is illegal in Thailand and you can be imprisoned for up to one year. Not the most inviting message.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything in top order.

The apartment was so cute and decorated so good!! The bathroom is excellent, the chromotherapy light surprised me! A lot of little swimming pools in every block and loungers near the beach to rest, all included. Also gym and upper swimming pool. There is also a coffee shop in the same installation near the beach and you can easily take a grab - if you don't have your own car - to go anywhere (night markets and shopping malls) I definitely recommend this apartment and her lovely landlord for your journey!!

The receptionist gave us only one key card, it’s supposed to be 2. They said they can’t find another one which is sooooo dangerous in case somebody use the card to break into the property. This is the only downside tho.

The location was superb. The owner was very nice and the room was super clean and comfortable.

Great apartment with beautiful ultra-modern furnishings. Balcony overlooking swimming pool. Super comfy bed. Highly recommended. The whole complex and location is superb. Short walk to the beach. The whole experience was first-class.

There is nothing I could find fault with.
