Highlands house first week stay with family/adult children. Great house, but dated TVs (no smart TV) -no stereo system for music enjoyment. Good "cook IN" Kitchen// limited storage for the Dry Goods food we purchased, but big counter made a difference.! We had a good experience cooking! Hot Tub great service. Loved heated garage!

Great property with beautiful views! Well furnished and stocked. The hot tub was a great perk! Location was close enough to town for easy access but the neighborhood was quiet and spacious. Would definitely return!

Pictures don't do this house justice. Great layout and high end finishes throughout. Just a short drive to the slopes. We will definitely try to stay here again on a return visit.

We had a great time at this house and it has everything for all your needs. In a beautiful location and 15 mins to ski lifts. I recommend putting a snow shovel and salt in the garage for snowy days.

This house and it's views were just amazing. We loved being in a house to ourselves. Also there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Each bedroom and bathroom had everything that you would need on vacation. The game room and hot tub were added bonuses. A few issues to note, the wine fridge and fireplace in the master bedroom were not working. We let the property manager know but nothing could be done because of COVID. It was a drag that the fireplace had not been checked before our arrival. The kitchen cookware was the other issue. Many of the pans need to be replaced. All in all, we enjoyed our trip and we would probably stay here again.

Cute and cozy house. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The management is easy to get a hold of. Although I did find their check out list a bit strange.. we didn't mind doing it but it just made me wonder what I was paying the cleaning fees for. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay in a very comfortable home. Our family really enjoyed relaxing by the stone fireplace and hanging out in the hot tub. Lots of room for everyone to relax. The home was a short ride to town and hiking trails. We would consider returning! Thanks for sharing you special home with our family.

We rented this property for an annual family golf outing and it turned out to be a great stay. If anything the pictures dont even do justice to the beauty of the home. Plenty of gathering places all with great views and very close to the Breck Golf Club (with the Keystone courses only being 20 minutes away as well). Check in was contactless and seamless, place was very clean. If I was going to nitpick the one thing its missing is a lot of outdoor space, however as cool as it gets in the evenings up there even in the summer its not like you'd be using it much (and in the winter and non COVID times the hot tub would be a huge draw). Very nice grill as well with gas hookup. Easy to get into either Frisco or Breck for groceries or restaurants. All in all fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this place especially if golf is on your agenda!

Really appreciated this home’s amenities and the views. We had an amazing time enjoying the home and were also thankful for how much was in the kitchen to use for cooking and enjoying nights in. We plan to return!

The house and location were stunning! We went up for a golf trip and stayed 3 nights. We had a blast. The house is immaculate. We loved the pool table, hot tub, and room on the driveway for some cornhole! I highly recommend!!!

This is a beautiful, large house that easily held our extended family of 9. The location is great. * Note, bring an air mattress if you need the extra bed. The mattress on the pullout couch is shot.

Great vacation home

We loved this property so much! We went in late February and the views were just breathtaking, right from the home windows. We were located up in the mountains and our kids were able to sled in the front yard as their was snow hills right out of our front door. Lauren was easily accessible and helped with all questions we had! I would absolutely recommend staying here to any family. The one downfall was the fact that not everyone could shower at once. The hot water heater had just recently had issues so if there were multiple showers being taken, the hot water ran out quickly. I have no doubt this will be fixed in due time but thought I’d mention it as we had children w us to keep in mind. All in all! 6 stars!

We had a great time spending the weekend in this beautiful property.

Communication with Lauren was fantastic. She checked in with us on multiple days to make sure we didn’t need anything. It snowed 39” in two days while we were there and I think our driveway was plowed 2 to 3 times a day. The house was equipped with everything we needed down to washing machine detergent to paper towels to plenty of towels. Beautiful home with great views!

Very clean and beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen and dining ware. We left a medical device charger behind and Lauren let me back into the house so I could get it. We would go back again!

We rented this house for my extended family during August. The property is beautiful and very clean. It has everything you could need or want. We really enjoyed the amount of space for our family of 10 and the hot tub. The host immediately addressed our concerns and asked frequently if everything was ok and if there was anything we needed. It was a great location, very quiet and beautiful. The drive to town was about 10 minutes. We would come back for sure!

This home is fabulous. It is exceptionally well appointed including everything you would need in the kitchen. It was the perfect venue for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving. This was probably the best home we have ever rented

This was a return summer visit for our family of 10. Management takes care of every need with the house. Home is beautiful and lots of room to spread out for a 3 generation family . House is quiet and nicely located above the golf course away from the bustling noise of downtown Breckenridge.

We loved our stay at Rocky Fells. The house is wonderful and each bedroom has a full bathroom. Perfect for our group. The property management was outstanding We had a problem getting the ice maker to work. I texted Soni on our way to the mountain, when we got back the ice maker was working and there a spare bag of ice in the freezer. We couldn't ask for better service.

This was a great home and property. We had two families stay with 7 kids and 4 adults. The home was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our families. Great location close to the town of Breckenridge. Highly recommend staying at this great property!

Such a nice home, would stay here again. A bit further to town but worth the drive. Great neighborhood. Super helpful house manager. There wasn't a blender in the home which we needed and Soni showed up with one within 20 minutes, and checked in everyday on any needs we had.

Our two families of four arrived to a spectacular home with stellar views from every window. The size and layout of the home provided plenty of private space for everyone while creating a great gathering area in the living room/dining room/kitchen area. We use the fireplace often and took full advantage of the professionally stocked kitchen. We stayed at home and cooked all three nights we were there. The home was spotless and well maintained. Our house manager checked in with us every morning to see if we needed anything. We were just under 20 minuted from the ski school at Breckenridge which allowed us to enjoy the mountain without staying in the middle of the action. I would recommend this home to anyone. The only disappointment was that the two car garage had the owners car taking up one space so two of our three cars were out in the snow, but it was all quite manageable. Beautiful home in Breckenridge!
