The home and its setting are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking the intercostal waterway and the dock is great for sitting and sunbathing. The pool is a great amenity that our kids enjoyed throughout the whole trip. The beds slept great, the sheets were clean and crisp. The window views all around the home are fantastic. Would love to have had more time. Thank you to the owner for being welcoming. This home does not have outdoor cameras and I appreciate that. Privacy is important to us and I know it takes some trust on the owners part to allow that.

The house is beautiful. We had an issue with hot water and VACASA was INCREDIBLY responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. We really appreciated everything they did.

Pros: The property was very clean. The layout of the house was open & spacious. Multiple showers with bathtubs. Excellent outdoor space with the pool included.
Cons: The walk to the beach. Originally we were told it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. That was a little understated. The walk was a little over 10 minutes (without toddlers) to public beach access. No grill is at the home. No net is included to clean the pool as needed - especially of fiddler crabs. There were no instructions provided to heat the pool so maintenance was required to be contacted. Many of the doors do not latch in the home to bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is poorly stocked as far as cookware, utensils, etc.
Overall, the home was clean and updated and we enjoyed our time. We were going to go ahead and book for the same time next year in May. However, an approximate 85% cost increase deterred me from rebooking.

Really no complaints other than the kitchen could be better stocked with more dishes and silverware although it did have those things, but we had to hand wash silverware in between use of the dishwasher. But other than that, great place! We liked how the three bedrooms are somewhat secluded away from the family room. The early riser couple got the bedroom right off the dining area which worked great for them and the kids and late risers got the other 3 rooms. Place was very clean and nice! Would highly recommend this house!

Kitchen was poorly stocked , ice maker not dispensing ice , dishwasher didn’t work , I was told there was an elevator we could use to get things up
to main floor and all bed rooms had an en-suite , called three times and sent several texts , it was Sat before anything was done , day before our departure , dishwasher was never fixed or ice dispenser ,

Loved all the room, the heated salt water pool. Saw dolphins from the deck! Everything was wonderful and you cannot get a better water view of the intercoastal. Just a block from the beach. Beautiful!

Perfect place to stay! Weather was gorgeous. Wouldn’t change a thing. If I ever go back to Holden I would most definitely try to book this property again. Overall a very relaxing trip!

A beautiful home and the views are amazing! Just a heads up we had some issues dealing with Vacasa. Even though you’re booking through another company initially, you have to sign additional paperwork that Vacasa requires they give you 24 hours and then they cancel your reservation even though you’ve already booked and are confirmed!!! Ours went into our junk folder so we did not know therefore our reservation was canceled! They were not very helpful via the toll-free number either. The local manager was great though. The house itself was wonderful!

This is a very attractive, clean duplex with views from three sides.
Enjoyed watching the traffic on the Intercostal. New appliances, plenty of outdoor space, great dock.

The house was great and the vacation company checked in to make sure everything was as expected. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer home as we fully enjoyed the pool and the location next to the water.

Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views! We very much enjoyed our stay at On the High Point! The kitchen needs to be stocked. The can opener does not work and there is no strainer to make simple Mac and cheese…. Other then that, no complaints!

Beautiful views and very cool dock and pool area. The rooms are very comfortable and the home is updated and kept in very nice condition.

Awesome House
We loved our stay - 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was a huge bonus. The house was clean, well appointed, and we had everything we needed. The only strange thing we’re the sheets, which were scratchy. The blankets were soft.

The house and all it's furnishing is clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Pool was great. I loved the spacious kitchen. The large dining room was wonderful for having friends over for dinner and game night.
