Thank you so much for a charming and clean stay. The security of the condo and rules were very clear. We loved the modern yet comfortable home. We cleaned up as if it were our own and hope our family can co-locate to the condo again! We came from VA, FL and NY. We enjoyed all you had to offer and appreciated celebrating the 1year old's Birthday!

The property is super clean, new and well laid out. It is directly across the street from Bradenton Beach, but from the private access side, which was really nice. There were not many people on the beach which was great. The trolly, which is free stops right in front of the property as well. Most places are walking distance or a few stops away on the trolley. Every place we went to eat was 10/10 recommend. On the first night we ate at the Wicked Cantina (TexMex), Bridge Street Bistro (great view of the sunset and delicious food, fresh grouper), Daquiri Deck (great view of sunset, delicious tacos), Beach House Waterfront delicious food, great portions and beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. For breakfast highly recommend Ginny & Janes, it was a few stops on trolley but very nice, gluten free options, fresh farm to table ingredients. Recommend ice cream from Island Scoops and frozen popsicles from this store on bridge street. 10/10 Recommend this stay. Would totally go back. We’re from NYC and know good food. Very relaxed and chill environment everywhere we went.

This property was great. No issues at ALL. Clean, close to beach, restaurants and shops. They even had beach chairs and umbrella for us to use!

My family had a fantastic stay in Bradenton Beach in July 2022. The condo is modern, clean, and very spacious. The perfect location; right across the road from a beautiful stretch of sandy white beach. The cooler and beach chairs were ideal for out of town visitors. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was exactly as described. VERY clean, convenient location and excellent communication! Will definitely use them again.

We took the family to AMI for a long weekend at the beach. The parking was good, property was clean and comfortable and public beach access is a short walk.

Very clean and super cute! My only complaint would be having to drive to the other end of the island ( lots of traffic) to get a code. There wasn’t any other important info that couldn’t be emailed. We will definitely be back!

The building housed only 4 condos, and for the first few days we were the only one occupied. Location was across street from beach with easy access. Condo was well decorated and had all we needed except beach chairs. I reported this to the realtor and they supplied new chairs. Only minor complaint was having to drive to the office to pick up door code

I very much enjoyed my stay at the property. It was extremely safe and clean which are top priorities. The outstanding amenities were the icing on the cake. Property as described. Property management team was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. There was construction noise but will be complete soon if not already done. The only recommendation I have would be to arrange a way to forego the drive up the island to gain the access code. It was only mildly inconvenient, however. I would highly recommend the property and would stay again.

We loved how clean and comfortable the place was. So clean. Other reviewers were right about traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us to much. The water pressure was great, though the water for showers was not very hot, and there was no plug for the tub. The bed was comfortable and the layout was great. Everything was easy to find and use. Overall we thought it was excellent for the price!! Would recommend!

Fran Maxton Realty requires that you pick up your "keys" at their office which is 5 miles from the property through heavy traffic. The property actually has a coded lock on the door so this an unnecessary inconvenience to anyone staying there. We've always been given codes by email or through messages through VRBO for other places we have stayed and felt like we wasted part of our day for no reason having to run up to the office. The rental itself was clean and nicely furnished but the patio furniture was not great. One of the chairs on the patio was broken and sending rust from the frame onto the patio floor. Lots of traffic noise which woke me every morning.

My wife and I really enjoyed our three night stay. The unit is on first floor above parking garage. Elevator wasn’t clean but worked well. The unit has recently gone through complete high quality renovation and was decorated in an inviting beach theme. All areas were clean. The king bed was very comfortable and linens quite nice. The beach access was great but comes with the units only significant downside which was the traffic and noise on Gulf Drive. Kitchen was properly equipped but I’d suggest that they provide at least a small amount of dish and laundry detergent, and more kitchen towels. If the noise from street won’t hinder your sleep this is a perfect place to stay near the AMI beach.

Other than the construction traffic and the brief loss of water due to the broken water line, our stay was perfect. The apartment’s beachy decor was so relaxing and everything you could possibly need was provided. The beach view and the walk ability was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves for our entire stay. The property manager checked in with us even though we didn’t need anything.

Good central location. Nice place to stay. Very clean and well appointed. The things to be improved: Posted pictures does not show the actual partial ocean view you have from the unit. Low water pressure in both bathrooms needs attention. Otherwise everything else was Good! Thank you!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The unit was very nicely renovated in the last year or two. We got the feeling that this is the only renovated unit of the four. The beach is easy access across the street, and you're about a 1/2 mile walk to historic bridge street, which has shops and restaurants. We found they do supply 1 roll of toilet tissue per bath and 1 roll of paper towel to start you off. But no soaps, etc. We did find some laundry detergent in the laundry room and there are 2-3 beach chairs in good shape that you can use, along with beach towels. Some cons: the unit is close to the street and noisy with car noise and people walking around. We definitely needed our sound app on our phone to sleep. One person in another unit had 2 dogs that barked during the day. Fortunately, not at night! And since there is a code to get in on the door, I don't understand why you have to drive 10-15 minutes away to get the envelop that really has very little in it but the house code. We felt this was unnecessary. And, if possible, I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It's a nicely renovated unit and just across from the beach. Not much beach view, but very easy access to the beach.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. Very clean, great location to the beach and restaurants. Accurate description of the unit. The kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Unit has multiple chairs, umbrella, cooler to use which was a big plus for us. There were some initial issues w/ trash around the pool area when we arrived but there was a storm that night and could have blown trash over the place ... however, do think it would be good to clearly identify for other units where and how to put trash into the cans. We ended up having to clean up the pool and parking area. However, the property mgr reached out quickly to make sure everything was ok, so great response there.

This property was very clean with a beautiful beach view and lovely furnishings. The only issue I would note is regarding the trash and recycling. It is left up to the guests to make sure the cans are taken to the curb, and it didn’t seem like everyone had done their part to get them to the curb for pick up. Also, we were given conflicting information about when they were to be picked up (one form said different days than another form). They really should have a groundskeeper making sure the cans are taken to the curb in time since there are four different units in the building. They also need an additional recycling can-we recycle a lot and those cans became full very quickly (also, already full from previous guests not taking the recycling to the curb for pick up).

This property was beautiful! It was bigger than expected. Better than pictures showed. Kitchen very well equipped. So close to the beach. Partial view of the beach from living room area. The street noise was not a problem at all. I would stay here again if I ever have the opportunity!

Beautiful and clean, wish paper products and soap were provided. It was a nice experience and place was perfect! We left a beach umbrella and skim board for future visitors!
