We have stayed at this house 2 times now, the last time was probably about 5 years ago. The house has updated its furniture and was much cleaner this time around. We were very happy with our stay and very comfortable.

This was our annual sibling getaway with my husband’s sisters and their spouses. We’ve done mountain getaways in the past so we chose Holden Beach as none of us has been there before. The house was perfect for us. We especially loved the view of the ocean from the upstairs deck. The house was clean, nicely and comfortably furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen, and excellent WiFi. We appreciated having real-time text communication from the Vacasa team, which managed this rental—with a real person replying! Would 100% consider this property again!

We loved the house, location, beds, pool and oceanfront. The kitchen allowed us to spread out and make a buffet line and we loved the in and outdoor dining options. We will stay here again for sure!

Great location. Very comfortable, very clean home. House had everything we needed to make our girls weekend great. Rooms/bathrooms set up was perfect, house not noisy if some awake and others still sleeping. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. Plenty of linen, only suggestion would be to provide pool towels. Loved the porches, nice for relaxing, viewing the beach, and having an in home massage while listening to the sound of the ocean. The pool was awesome, lots of comfy chairs. Would absolutely stay here again!

This house was perfect for my family of 11! The distance to the beach was easy and honestly we never put on shoes the whole time. The pool was nice for warm days. Plenty of room for the kids to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

We were so happy with our stay at Bowery Break! Beautiful house with a fabulous pool. Great walk to beach. House was so accommodating and there were good amenities left in bathroom and kitchen. We had an amazing week! Definitely recommend staying at Bowery Break at Holden Beach!

Being right on the beach, after a short boardwalk, was wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed yoga on the platform on the way to the ocean. The fresh air and rhythm of the ocean waves enhanced the experience. The pool area acts as a wind block of the weather kicks up. The house was really lovely and well appointed. The beds

Bowery Break was a perfect fit for our last summer beach trip! The short, private walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy the beach all day with little kids. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating along with floats and toys. The house was clean upon arrival and well stocked with essentials! We are already planning to book again next year!

Lots of room and best location on island
The rooms are really big and not a lot of furniture. House is in the best location of Holden beach. Pool is wonderful. The house needs some tlc. Not bad for a rental. Just bring your own linens, blankets and pillows. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Coffee pot was missing but there was a single cup maker. No keurig. Sleeps 10- 6 adults and 4 children - very comfortably. More if you want to sleep on the couches. This house is priced a bit high for what you get but worth it if you need the space!

Holden Beach Rental
The beach-side porch was large enough for the children to play and the breezes in the late afternoon made it the place to be. The storage room on the ground floor supplied all the beach supplies necessary which was very nice. We had a few issues and Vacasa was quick to respond.
