Great spot for a family getaway!

Perfect size home for our 3 families

We loved the property! Checkin and access was easy, accommodations were wonderful. The rental could use a few hairdryers as they are seldom not supplied. Would rent this house again for sure!

I rated a 3 because the boat dock and lift were a big part of the reason why we chose this house. The pictures showed the boat lift empty and the description didn't say anything about NOT being able to use the boat lift. However, when we got to the house there was a boat in the lift and 2 jet skis on the jet ski ramp. The owner refused to move their boat. This house is on open water on the Llano arm - so very busy on weekends. We had to tie our NEW boat up to the dock and now it has several scratches from the waves rocking it back and forth. Not being able to use the boat life is a deal breaker for us, so unfortunately, we won't be renting this one again. The house was big enough for our family and we liked the fact that each room had it's own bathroom - although the bathrooms could use some updating.

The house was very spacious and accommodating for our group of friends. The yard was huge and had a gate midway that allowed for our littles not to escape :) The only issue I had with this stay was the lack of cleaning done. Both refrigerators were dirty. Even hair in one of them as if it had not been wiped down in awhile. Our restroom had a dirty towel hanging from the back of the restroom door and a used soap bar with hair in the tub. This is not a reflection of the home but the cleaning team that was hired. I would stay here again.

The home worked out great for our group of 8 guys. The place is clean and laid out fine for a large group. Well equiped with great parking.

The 4 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths gave everyone great privacy. The large kitchen was perfect for making family meals plus the 3 refrigerators came in handy. The large table with all the chairs worked brautifully for family game nights. Highly recommend this house.

Our stay was very good. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. We caught lots of fish and there was plenty of swimming and floating to be had. We had three families stay, and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. There is plenty of seating for a big crowd. The lake was wonderful and the upper deck was a plus to get out of the sun but still be able to have an excellent view. I would recommend this house 100%.

This is the best VRBO that we have stayed at and we have rented many. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including pie plates and a potato smasher. There was nothing that we needed that we couldn’t find. Also, each bedroom has its own full bath. The lake view is beautiful and there are so many places to sit that it is more than enough. The dining room table was incredible and seated everyone and then there was extra chairs in one of the closets. Plenty of parking also. We had a great time and will rent this house again for our next family get together.

The location is excellent as the boat traffic isn’t nearly as bad as down the lake. House is good. Yard is pretty. Water level was good. Dock setup is very nice. Pictures are misleading as the boat and jetski slip are empty and that’s not the case in reality. There is a pull up spot open for a jet ski. The management company doesn’t respond to questions on the VRBO app. Overall a great place. Will stay again.

Property was as listed and met our needs very well. However, pictures in listing did not show a boat in the lift and we always bring our boat so need a lift every night. The pictures without the boat led us to believe we would be able to use the lift, that there was no boat on site

Nicely accommodated our large group size. Vacasa representatives were polite and took care of all of our needs. Home is a bit dated, but it was clean and well stocked. Thank you!

Super spacious and beautiful views inside and outside. Appreciated the the 2 refrigerators and double ovens. All the beds were very comfortable. Children had a blast in the water and our 2 puppies loved the yard! All involved had a great time!
