clean and nice scent of room. great and cozy atmosphere. the bathroom is incredible. the kids enjoyed their bunk bed and games. we definitely come back. it is real rest time of us.

We accidentally found out this property in booking.com while we were looking for some accommodation in Hua Hin for a family with 4 adults and 1 child. This residence has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom have its own big bathroom which there are three separated section (dressing area, bathroom, and toilet). The second bedroom has a king comfy bed, while there is a bunk inside the third bedroom of which my son had so much fun climbing up and down. I did not take much photo of the room, still I can say that everything you see in the pictures in booking,com are just like that (actually the real ones are far better). Located on the 4th floor, with a private terrace overlooking the main pool and beach, this room was such a peaceful and relaxing far away home for our family during 7 days stay. If you go up to the rooftop, you will be definitely impressed with the view of the sunrise and sunset. Talking about its facilities, this was also another unforgettable memory for us. We did not expect that the owner will provide all the necessary bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer). The owner pays attention to even the smallest details. The toilet roll has been fold like a 5 star hotel as you can see in my photo. This room equipped with full set of kitchenware and complimentary kitchen supply. Once I arrived, the drinking water were prepared in the refrigerator. The small pantry equipped everything you need for cooking and small gathering (toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, variety sizes of platte, bowl, glasses or even wine glasses, etc). With different styles of pools, our family can entertain ourself in their own preferences. The main pool which located at the ground floor of our building Is the long straight pool suitable for all swimmers. My boy entertained himself with the sliders at another pool located behind our building. Taking about its location, this residence is very convenient.

The perfect place to enjoy my favorite Khao Takieb beach! I am glad i choose this residence instead of a hotel as it is so private. I feel so secured especially during this Covid social distancing. The room is spacious and perfect for my family of 5. My kids enjoy the bunk bed so much. And, the kitchen appliances are fully equipped even the capsule coffee maker and the air fryer to warm my Starbucks croissant for the breakfast :) The roof-top pool is the highlight where me and my husband have a pleasant evening sipping wine and having the room-service dinner ordered from Veranda hotel next door. Highly recommend and i will definitely go back^^

Love it! Clean-Great location-Nice Beach-Peaceful-Value for Money. We stay at this residence with our cousin family and their two daughters. The place was very new and very clean. The gym (in the same building) was empty so my husband enjoy his time alone in the gym facing the sea. We don’t go out much. Sometime we order takeaway with discount from the hotel nearby. Sometime we bought food from near by restaurant (I highly recommend Madame Green Seafood at Khao Ta Keab which is a few minute walk away from the resident. We love the walk from the beach to the restaurant in the late afternoon. The wind is very nice. The wind in our residence is very nice to so we just doing nothing on the balcony, at the beach, or around the swimming pool. For the swimming pool, the kids love biggest pool with giant slider. For us, we love the roof top swimming pool best, the view is breathtaking! P.S. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch.
