Beautiful rooftop terrace! Appartement was impeccably clean… super modern with attention to detail. GREAT location… short walk to the old part of the city. Easy check in and check out. VERY friendly host. Would highly recommend staying at 800s Home Luxury rooms!

The property is beautifully presented and has everything you could want for your stay. The roof terrace is lovely and a great way to start our day with breakfast as the sun rose! Domenico was very helpful in finding parking and did a thorough showing of the property, telling us everything we needed to know to make things work! Highly recommend this accomodation!

I didn’t mind the stairs, but for anyone with some mobility issues, you may have a challenge with the steepness of the stairs.

Domenico was very helpful. He met us when we arrived, gave us all the information we needed about the house. He met us when we were leaving the property as well. House is newly renovated with lovely terrace. It is charming house just on the we edge of the old town, so if you have a car a good option.

Stairs are steep in the house, but this is typical of all of the houses.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with and amazing view from the terrace, great location, extremely accommodating host. Domenico was there to great and help us upon arrival. He also went out of his way to give us restaurant referrals. We loved the coffee machines on the first and second floors. Very clean and well kept.

Everything !! The property was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, modern, excellent location being close to the old center of Ostuni, tastefully decorated - it was like being home away from home !! The host even left us refreshments got during our stay.

Car parking can be difficult, but this is nothing to do with the property - it's just the location being in the old center of Ostuni and is the same everywhere.

Apartment is in fact a completely renovated ancient building and spans 3 stories (so lots of stairs all the way to the rooftop terrace). Clean, beautifully decorated and furnished apartment. Very nice rooftop terrace with view over old city of Ostuni.

Located about 15 minutes walk to the old city of Ostuni (but a nice stroll).

Beautifully restored 1800s home which is decorated and fitted out very well making it a very comfortable holiday home! The rooftop was amazing to relax and take in the view with a morning coffee in hand. Location is perfect being right next to the centro storico of stunning Ostuni! Domenico the host was super responsive and helpful and gave us some great recommendations for restauranta, as well as helped us secure a street park right near the property. We had read all the other reviews about the very steep stairs and short doorways and these are both true so definitely not for those that are over 180cm tall or have any mobility issues. If you do not fall into these 2 categories, then we would definitely recommend this place for your stay in ostuni!

Domenico’s property is a most beautiful townhouse, beautifully decorated and renovated to a very high standard and in an ideal location for exploring Ostuni. Domenico, the young and very helpful owner and host, was very easy to communicate with and very generous in provisions in the bathroom and kitchen and pantry. The roof terrace was a great bonus with this Loging and it was lovely to go up and watched a beautiful sunrises and also to see sunsets. You can see right out to the ocean. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone but, just a warning, there are quite a lot of steep stairs so it may not suit those people who have mobility issues.

The location was excellent and the property was fitted out to a very high standard.

It was very compact and not suited to tall people, having low ceilings.

We had a wonderful stay here. Domenico is so kind and helpful and went very out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying Ostuni. Check in was easy and smooth. The apartment is the best of both worlds - unique and historical, but recently renovated with excellent bathrooms and AC. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace where we had our morning coffee and a glass of wine before dinner. There is also laundry, coffee machines and snacks. The apartment is an easy and quick walk into the historical centre. We are so grateful to Domenico for the incredible stay and outstanding hospitality!

Super nice apartment in a nice location of Ostuni, close to old town. The host was super friendly and flexible in all ways. The apartment had all you could ask for and last but not least an amazing terrace with a stunning view of Ostuni, perfect for an aperitivo before going out :)

Stairs to 2nd floor are narrow / steep, one bedroom is quite small, although neither of these spoiled our stay.

The only thing that was a bit inconvenient are the stairs (a bit steep) and the low ceiling especially for people who are older or someone who is tall. For us it was fine :)

The apartment was very tastefully renovated. The host and his father were exceptional in their hospitality. We had a wonderful time.

This is was the most unique house we have stayed in our recent trips. It's extremely clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a few days stay. Two bathrooms, two coffeemakers, washing machine and a great wifi. Our 8 year old loved the "cave" bedroom. The location is great, it's easy to find parking in the area and the host is very helpful. Definitely the place to stay Ostiuni.

The owner was ready at the location and gave a brief introduction to everything and also some nice sites and "must see" nearby.

This property is in a wonderful location to explore Ostuni and the surrounding towns. It was well stocked and such a beautiful house. There were lots of amenities. Host Domenic , was very gracious and attended to all of our needs and requests. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned! We received treats and even a lovely scarf when we arrived. Coffee tea and espresso easily made . The washing machine worked great and so did the WiFi! If you go to the lovely city of Ostuni, stay here. It’s an easy access to the center. We had no difficulty finding free parking spaces for our rental car daily.

There are no complaints. Please be aware that the property is on 3 levels. Staircase is beautiful but could be steep for someone who has difficulty with steps.

The location of the home was so close to city center, 5 minute walk. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Domenico (host) stocked up the kitchen with snacks and coffee to get you started in the morning. Domenico’s mom gave us a tour of an amazing bakery just around the corner, fresh baked bread and focaccia so delicious. She was also so kind to take us to the train station early one morning. We will definitely be coming back and staying in this wonderful Ostuni classical home that has all the amenities and comforts of a luxury home: with wifi, luxury bathrooms, roof top terrace with a view of the ocean and historic city center.

We had an awesome experience, nothing to complaint about.

This is an ideal location for visiting Ostuni and surrounding areas. Free Parking is fairly easily to find, the stroll i to the old city is only a few minutes, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the apartment itself is charming. We especially appreciated having use of a washing machine after a week of travel. The kitchen is equipped should you wish to cook. We liked going to cafes for coffee in the morning.

The inside of the house is modern and very nicely decorated with attention to details. It is very well equipped, with all amenities, everything you might need. There is even a small fridge near the bed in the bedroom (for cans or small bottles). Everything is very clean and of very good quality. Each room is at a different level, on top of each other. From the street entrance you climb some steep steps to arrive to the living room. Then a few steps to the small bedroom and another few steps to the bigger bedroom. Everything looks exactly as pictured on the site. From here a few steps to arrive on the big terrace which has a very nice panoramic view over Ostuni . Domenico was very nice, always ready to help and the communication was excellent. We also received a nice arrival present!

The stairs are steep and narrow. It’s a big challenge to get your luggage to the bedroom, better leave it in the living room. You have to watch your head because some of the doors are smaller .

It is definitively a unique apartment with luxury style. There was enough room(s) and bathroom(s) for the two of us. The rooftop terrace was really spacious and with a view to the old town. The bakery near by, that was recommended by our host, was (is) great way to taste local bakery products.

Since, I am a little bit of a big person, I didn't like the low ceilings at places and the narrow corridors, but my guess is that the building is really old and the current host did their best to make it as nice as they did. The noise from the motor repair shop near the entrance of the apartment was too loud to relax or sleep until later. The narrow streets are stressful to navigate and to locate the apartment, so I advise you to look at a parking at (Via Pomponazzi, 17 -- coordinates 40.730137, 17.575674) 2-3 min walk from the apartment.

Four of us stayed in the apartment for two nights and were really pleased with it. The location is central and only a few minutes walking to the nearby square and the city centre. We had two cars and were able to find parking very easily. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive. The place was also spotless and very well equipped with cooking utensils and some small sweets awaited arrival. The terrace is lovely to have drinks during the cool summer evenings. It felt as though a relative was managing the apartment.

The second bedroom is small with a low ceilings and an uncomfortable mattress, but is still functional and spacious enough to fit two open suitcases. The stairs to the second floor and terrace are quite steep so may not be suitable for older individuals.
