Great location and area. Condo has everything you need and owner was quick to respond with help. Hot water could have been hotter for my taste. We will gladly come back.

Rosemary Thanksgiving
We stayed here over Thanksgiving week and it worked out perfect for our family of 5. The small bunkroom was great for our 2.5 year old to tuck away early. Great location and nicely appointed. Cooking-ware was a little light, but we made out just fine.

Our stay was awesome. Dana answered questions I had prior to our stay quickly and was a huge help. The condo was exactly as listed. Great location, easy access to shops, restaurants and beach.

Wonderful Getaway!!!
Our family of 5 just returned from Rosemary and had an awesome time! My kids are 14, 13 and 9 and this condo was perfect for us. We LOVED the location overlooking Barrett Square. If we had any questions or needed anything Dana always responded within minutes. I would highly recommend this property!

Girls trip
This was an annual trip with my daughters who are in their 20’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and pleased with the look and feel of the condo. It was quaint and clean and the location was just perfect. The owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend the place.

Beautiful condo in awesome location!
We stay at Rosemary regularly but this was our first time to stay in a condo versus a house. Although we weren’t sure what to expect, we all (2 adults & 4 teen boys) were VERY comfortable! It’s a beautiful condo that met all of our needs. The large balcony was a great place to hang out and the parking garage was extremely convenient.

Great location, beautiful condo! Dana was very sweet, everything was easy and
convenient. The only drawback was because of the virus things are different in Rosemary no tents are allowed on beach and now having the code for the pools isn’t enough you also have to have the pass.

Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed the condo and it’s location. Perfect for a small family who likes to be in the middle of it all.
3rd floor was quiet and had a great covered corner balcony where you can sit and people watch.
Look forward to returning next year!

We loved our stay in Barrett Square at Rosemary Beach. The property was just as described. The access to the beach was easy, Dana was easy to work with and being able to park in the garage was great. I wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

This property was fantastic for our family trip to Rosemary Beach. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, as well! My 5 year old daughter adored the bunk beds. My favorite part was the AMAZING shower in the master bath after a long day at the beach. This property was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We will be back next year for sure!

This condo was absolutely perfect. It was perfectly located in the center of town. Quick walk to the beach. Located above shops and restaurants. Balcony overlooked nightly activities for the kids and great place to enjoy coffee in morning. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. Owners were very helpful when we had trouble getting in. Quick response and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!

We just finished a great week in Rosemary Beach. This condo is beautifully furnished and in the perfect location. So much to do right outside your door, while also being very quiet and peaceful. Nice beds and bathrooms - kitchen is a great space for cooking and staying in. The balcony has a great view into Barrett Square, perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. We are already planning our next trip!
