Relatively quiet.

The house was just right as far as size and meeting our needs. Wifi was a must as we had a child with special needs, and we were grateful for it. The fully furnished kitchen was amazing, we cooked every night an morning very easily. The house is in a very quiet and secluded area, the coqui frogs were very minimal and almost nonexistent, thankfully. The neighbors seem to be very respectful of each other, which is how it always is on the big island. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus too. Having the little things like soaps and robes and wifi were great touches. The place was very clean, and we often commented on how the nicer upgrades and overall look of the place was on the higher end. And the amazing fireplace devices in the bedrooms were absolutely wonderful, something that we're considering getting for our place when the time comes. Overall we really liked the place and enjoyed it.

There was some issue with trying to get certain tv stations/apps to work, we ended up just watching Pluto and YouTube. We weren't aware right away that the front/right stove burner didn't work, no big deal. A glass was chipped that I drank from, I left it marked in the cupboard for the owners/next guests to be aware of. It looked like all of paintings or frames were removed before our stay, which puzzled us. And there were a few evenings that the house was inundated with hundreds of these tiny flying beetles that managed to get into everything. We spent a lot of time at night trying to eradicate them, but it was pointless and not how we wanted to spend our vacation.
