We were a group of 13 friends/family that stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. This house could not have been more perfect for the group of us! It was extremely spacious and had so many areas to relax and socialize including a screened in outdoor porch, a deck, and multiple other sitting areas! All the rooms have an associated bathroom which was fabulous and everyone had decent sized bed to sleep in. The location is wonderful as it was a .5 mi walk to all the shops and beach that Bethany has to offer. The house was very clean, the check in process was seamless, Lisa was very communicative, and the house was well stocked with anything we could need! We will 1000% be staying here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this house so much. It was a perfect fit for three families. Everything you could ever need is provided and the communication with the owners was amazing. The place is much larger than the pictures looked. I wish we could have stayed for the whole week. Looking forward to visiting again!

The house is beautiful and clean, the location can’t be beat, and Lisa is a wonderful host! We were a large group with very young kids and had an amazing time!

This house was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. Master bedroom with a king bed, upstairs bedroom with bunk beds, and two bedrooms with queen beds. 11 people comfortably fit and with all the couches I’m sure more could comfortably fit. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures didn’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. They provided plenty of cookware as well as a grill so we we’re able to have a big dinner and there’s a dining room table with plenty of room. They also provide plenty of games and a karaoke machine. The host was very accommodating and great at answering questions. 10/10!!

Lisa was incredibly easy to work with! She always responded quickly to my questions. The house is beautiful, clean, airy and had a well organized kitchen. The location was perfect; just minutes from the beach. It’s a perfect house for a family. I would definitely stay there again!

We were amazed on how big the house was. A huge family room and sitting area both inside and out. The whole house was very clean and had everything we would need for cooking and just about everything else. A nice front porch to sit and relax. The pools were close by and we used the trolley to go into town. We wished that we had more time to do everything we wanted to do.

This property was great to stay at and the location was perfect. A short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Two great pools for adults and children within walking distance.

This property was perfect for our family trip! The house is large and beautiful! The owner was EXTREMELY responsive to any needs and was a great host. We especially enjoyed the small “extras” that were in the house (board games, karaoke machine, bunk beds (a huge hit for the kids), beach/pool items, etc). The house was in the perfect location, walking distance to the pool and a very short drive to the beach. We would highly recommend this property!

This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped home! There are several separate seating areas that worked well for simultaneous adult conversations, dining, puzzles and legos. The screened porch was our favorite. The kitchen has all the plates, cups, baking and serving dishes, pans, utensils etc that you will need. Laundry room is great. Garage has 2nd frig, beach toys, bikes and helmets, pool noodles. And the pools are so close and nice. Large side yard. Great Weber gas grill and two outdoor seating areas. The beach is very close and the parking passes make it even easier to use. The arrangement with the master bedroom and sofa sleeper room on the first floor worked very well for us. The grandkids joined us for early morning fun while the parents were able to “sleep in” in the 2nd floor bedrooms. Sorry this rambles. But we had a great time in this great house. And thanks Lisa for being so responsive, thorough and kind.

Absolutely lovely home and owner was impeccably hospitable! Every room was clean (not a hair, crumb or stain to be found), well stocked (items you didn’t even realize you needed), and comfortable (sizeable for large groups, new appliances, quality furniture).

A large, beautifully configured house located in a peaceful neighborhood. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants. Plenty of room inside and outside to spread out for adults and kids alike. If anything, bigger than the pictures suggest. The residential parking passes are a big plus if you want to ferry small kids to the beach with minimum fuss. The property manager was extremely informative and responsive. Wouldn't change a thing. Hope to stay here again!

The host is responsive, gracious, and provides so many useful items to make your stay that much more like home and enjoyable (high chair, pack and play, Ninja blender, waffle maker, beach chairs, board games, rocking chairs, karaoke machine, and the list just goes on!). The access to the HOA pool ($30/person for the week) and proximity to the beach and the parking passes made it that much more convenient to truly kick back in paradise. Modern, clean, wonderful property. Large, spacious and with great amenities. Close location to Bethany Beach boardwalk and restaurants. Great communication with the property owner. Loved the resident parking tags - didn't have to pay for parking when we went to the beach.

The location was on a quiet, residential street 3 minutes from a neighborhood pool, child’s pool, and playground, 15 minute walk to the beach, shopping, and city playground on paved sidewalks, or 5 minute drive to residential beach parking (2 passes generously provided by owners). Our young grandchild enjoyed waving down the trolley outside the pool area and riding it around Bethany Beach for $.25. The house itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, well decorated, and furnished with new comfortable furniture and high end major appliances. Our 8 family members had their own spaces to work, play, converse, grill on the Weber grill, and read in the screen porch. My suggestions to future guests is to read the comprehensive welcome binder upon arrival and dine outside in the gardens at Good Earth Market and Organic Farm in Ocean View. Thank you Lisa for opening your home so our 3 generation family could reunite in a safe, friendly environment. We’ve unanimously agreed to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The beach is a short bike ride away, and there were several bikes and helmets at the house. We enjoyed eating outside on the screened in porch and patio, and there was plenty of space indoors for lounging, eating, playing games, and doing puzzles. There is a pretty nature park a short bike ride away, as well as a Grotto Pizza and a grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet and didn't have a lot of traffic. We definitely recommend this home for your beach week!

Lisa and this property were absolutely incredible. The house is gorgeous, an easy walk to the beach and the Bethany boards in a community that has everything you could ever need. The pools, activities and conveniences are absolutely unmatched. Lisa went above an beyond to make our stay memorable. We can’t wait to book for next summer.

The four bedrooms were very comfortable with nice bathrooms attached to each. We could even use the walk-in closet in the master bedroom as the "nursery." Nice amenities - clubhouses with pools/tennis/game rooms/free organized activities for a nominal fee. Many nice extras: parking passes/quarters for trolley/cleaning supplies provided to name a few. Highly recommend.

House was amazing! All new appliances, new furniture and a very well stocked kitchen. Lisa could not have been a nicer host- responsive, provided a ton of pertinent info and even provided items you may have forgotten like toothpaste, toothbrush, hair ties, sowing kit, even change for the trolley! Will definitely rent again for more fun family memories
