Location seemed convenient
The bedroom smelled very strongly like cat or animal pee. There were not even cups to drink water and there wasn’t any hot water. There was a hot plate in the bar but absolutely nothing else. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t have covers, which made it dangerous for a child. The “bar” had nothing in it aside from a coffee maker with no pot. The bedding was quite poor and smelled. The windows had no screens or any sort of safety measure for children. There were no towels but when requested were promptly provided. The reviews were misleading unless you looked at most recent. The host was responsive and polite, which is the only reason why I am giving this 2 instead of 1 star. We left as soon as the sun came up. I would have left after arriving but it was too late in the evening.

it was nice, clean and spacious enough to feel like home and best part close to the beach and you can hear the waves at night, so soothing.

You are on the second floor and makes you feel safe. 2 females traveling alone, safety is important.
Own stairway to enter.
US residents having a hard time getting transportation, like Uber. Many cancellations so location is not closest to restaurants. Make sure to select pay with CASH! That helps.
Shower can be tricky… it gave me perfect water and then Bam! Cold water only. I had to turn off and turn on shower head twice for the return of hot water.

The location was great! It was right in the middle of downtown Tijuana and Rosario. It was a very clean and quiet residential area near the beach. Private entrance and parking available. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The hosts made it feel like a home away from home. Overall happy with this location. We will return again.

The apartment was very clean, secure and close to the beach. The communication with staff was excellent! Wish we had stayed longer!

Well, you got to remember this is a private property, not a hotel that occasionally ran out of hot water, not a problem to me.
