So comfortable for our party of 16 Individual space with a ocean view gathering place for times when everyone wanted to be together Long enough table for many to eat together Unbelievable kitchen with every item needed for cooking We used every amenity offered! So happy we discovered the place and will recommend it

Already planning for next years vacation.

We had a family reunion here recently and all thought the house was great. The house is large, with ample beds including for the dogs, the kitchen has everything you could possibly want, everything has a label and is easy to find. There’s lots to do with beach things, games, the ping pong table and more. They really have thought of everything. My only warnings would be… it is difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood as streets are camped and one way, and while you CAN walk to the beach it’s requires climbing up and down a very long, steep set of stairs. And there is no AC in this house. We found the top floor to be rather warm at times, and we visited in October. I would worry it would get pretty uncomfortable in the summer. And lastly, any adults needing to use any of the twin sized beds should be warned… you’re not likely to have a great nights sleep. Kids would probably do fine, but every adult who had a twin felt their mattress was in need of replacing. Overall we loved this house and would stay again

The host really thought everything through. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and small appliances, the best I’ve seen by far. Whatever you need, this house has! The views are amazing and the house is an absolute gem! We will definitely be coming again!

12 senior women were all fairly comfortable in this lovely home. The bedroom with bunks would have worked better with regular beds for old ladies but would be fine for kids.

My wife and I, along with our dog and a few friends enjoyed a beautiful weekend here to celebrate our elopement. The property was gorgeous and the views from the living room and master bed we're breath taking. We had everything we needed to cook, play and relax already in the house. And the team at Vacasa were a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to all questions and concerns and helped us recover an item that was left behind in a flash. Could not recommend them more.

We had a group of family get together at the coast and stayed in this wonderful house. It accommodated all of us very well and the location was perfect for walks on the beach. We hope to be back in the future!

While the house was a nice place to visit, comfortable and clean, the management did a great job at personal and professional communication. The view was wonderful, the rooms were larger in person than what the pictures showed, and we would choose the house again because of our experience!

We had a great time at this property. The photos are accurate to the experience, the beds were comfy and the view was great. Unfortunately the second two days we were there we were a little socked in by fog, but that is the coast. There was a piece of the gutter that fell off the building while we were there, and thankfully it didn't hit a car, but management was quickly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay there again.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful stay in this home. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own bedroom. The home was very clean and organized! The hot tub was very clean. We had everything we needed and wanted. The only disappointing thing was the gas grill. It was very dirty and old and needs to be replaced with a new grill. We tried to grill chicken wings and the center part of the grill wasn't working so we had to grill around the outside edges. All in all we highly recommend a stay at this home and we would come back again.

Had a wonderful family vacation in this lovely home. Appreciated the dog friendly areas. Enjoyed whale watching while dining! Many extras include chairs and towels for the beach. Thank you for letting us stay here

This was a wonderful place to stay and exceeded my expectations! It had it all: plenty of room, well equipped with everything we needed for all ages.

The home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We specifically booked this property for the view of the ocean and the hot tub. Prior to arrival we were notified that the oven was no longer in service. We were compensated for this inconvenience. Upon arriving to the property we noticed that the hot tub water was dirty and green and the water level was very low. It was apparent that no one had looked inside the hot tub for quite some time. We notified Vacasa right away and about 24 hours later, and multiple phone calls and text messages with several different people, a technician arrive to confirm what we already knew to be true, which was that the hot tub was in need of repair. Vacasa also compensated us for this issue but clearly no one was inspecting the hot tub between rentals. We were the coordinators for the property management company with their technician.

The view is spectacular, especially the 270 degree panorama from the top floor. The daybed by the window is an ideal spot to relax and watch the wave. Why go out to a restaurant when you have this view from the open concept dining-kitchen-living room on the second level. The home is very spacious and clean. The decor and furnishings is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is so very stock with small appliances, coffee/tea, and spices. The dogs even have their own area with a giant dog bed. There are 3 sit-stand desks for people who need to catch up on emails. Hot tub and game room were nice too. We loved this home!

I can not express how amazing the view is from this house! It is so relaxing to sit and see so much of the beach right from the dinner table. Or even better the view form the master bedroom! This house seems to have everything you could need.

We as a family have gone to the Lincoln City area for Christmas for 20+ years,staying at a different home every year. This is one of the cleanest nd well stocked homes we've ever stayed...better stocked than my own home.We would love to stay again some day.There were 12 of us from 10-78yrs with plenty of space to spread out.Thank you!!

Everything. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might ever need. 3 primary bedrooms for couples, that includes the Master bedroom on the top floor which is extraordinary. On the same floor with the master bedroom is a room with bunkbeds that will accommodate another couple because its a large bed, but the room is shared with another set of bunkbeds. Perfect for family with kids. Game room in the basement. Highly recommended. The view is extraordinary. Parking for 5 cars.

The home is beautiful, with amazing views. We were a group of 13 and everything was just perfect. Plenty of space and amenities to keep you entertained. I cannot believe how well equipped this placed is. It had everything we needed and much more. You usually find out of date appliances or out of date products they offered. Not here! They had the newest appliances (more than we have home) and we checked all the dates of spices and other items all were way in date. Also, management was responsive and friendly! The only thing we noticed was the stain couched in the game room and some mold on the sliding doors (which is normal on the coast). Don't look further this place will not disappoint!

This was more house than we needed but worth every penny. Very clean and comfortable with everything you can think of. Convenient access to the beach and amenities nearby by car.

Our family loved the house. So roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and gadgets for any meal we wanted to cook. We particularly loved how well-labeled every shelf and cabinet was, making clean-up easy. The walk to the beach is a little steep but short--much easier access than we expected. A short winding hill and about 70 stair steps to a great not-crowded beach. We had a great getaway.

This house was extremely well-appointed, with all of the towels, coffee makers, kitchen ware that a family would need to make their stay very comfortable. The house was just as nice as the photos show!

The house has plenty of space for the entire family. It has extra amenities and is very welcoming. The view is breathtaking. Steep walk to the beach or a quick drive. Everything is conveniently labeled.

This home worked out so well for our multi generational gathering. Plenty of room for each family to stake out an area. Very well equipped with pretty much everything you’ll need. This beach home far exceeded our expectations! There was a single thought or detail left out in this vacation home. It was spacious, my family was comfortable, my teens were happy and felt well accommodated with game/bunk room and ping pong, the dog space was so welcoming and had everything we needed for our pup! I would definitely come back to this amazing beach home!

Unbelievable views! We took our kids and grandkids on vacation to the Oregon Coast and this house fit the bill for the nine of us! Very large home with plenty of space for all of us! The beach is farther away than I thought and a difficult walk for little ones and older adults if not in good shape. We drove to the beach which made it much easier when taking al the gear with us! Would definitely stay again!

Very well stocked. Had everything you could need, except a griddle for making hashbrowns, and pancakes for a large group. Beds were very comfy, everything was as advertised. It could use a bit more comfortable seating for the living room for movie night.
