We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cabin. It was close enough to town and different activities in the area. The view was amazing from the back deck. I don’t think it would be comfortable with more than 2 and maybe 2 small kids.

Cabin was nice & cozy, great location. Easy check in & checkout process.

My husband and I visited A'Corny Cabin to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was just what we wanted. The hot tub for two was clean and worked perfectly. The bed was large and comfortable. We found a good selection of games for two players in the hidden living room compartment "fireplace." The cabin is minutes away from all Lake Lure attractions. The view is forest, and although there are other houses nearby, we did not see or hear other people in the area during our times in the cabin, so the privacy was top notch. If you stay here, you will want to cook very simple meals, either on the gas grill or on the stove top. The oven temp was not calibrated properly (ran hot by at least 25 degrees), so both items I cooked came out mildly burnt. However, we had good luck sauteeing in the small fry pans. The fridge was also very small, only large enough for two standard takeout containers plus bottled water in the door. Overall,I would recommend the cabin for two people, especially if you plan to have most of your meals out. The privacy and comfort were excellent.

We really enjoyed this little cabin. It is clean and has several nice upgrades and features. The location is great with lots to do and see close by.

The location was perfect. The cabin was beautiful and well maintained. The trash bin outside of the cabin was located right beside where tenants park. On the first night, a bear tore into the trash and dented and scratched my car. The property management company, exclusivemountainproperties neglected to remove the trash from the previous Tenants then blamed it on illegal dumping. I almost bought it except I found a review on Facebook and online that the something similar happened to the tenant a week before me. The trash bin is unsecured and needs to be at the end of the driveway. The manager/ owner Melissa was rude and argued with me, never apologized. In a customer service industry, this was a horrible experience. Please get you trash cans secured and emptied before someone gets hurt. I was refunded 1 nights stay but fixing my car will be far more expensive.

Love the place, very clean, very nice stay. There was only one garbage bag provided though, and we arrived to a mess of garbage as a bear must have recently gotten into it (bear proof can would be a great idea) and so we had to go to the store to get more in order to have a place for the rest of our trash after cleaning it up/using the bag provided. Also the kitchen could be much better equipped for cooking. There wasn't a cutting board (maybe we missed it?). Overall, very easy things to fix to make this place excellent!
