This is a nice place. Our stay was tarnished by a few issues. Firstly, the door code would not work. Which left us with one key. Someone had to stay back all the. Secondly, the housekeeper left the refrigerator doors open so we had no refrigerator for 20 hours and all the ice melted leaving us to clean up a flood of water. Thirdly, the housekeeper did not run the dishwasher or clean it out. We had to run it and put all the dishes away. Finally, there was building construction across the street that was loud. No relaxing to the ocean then! Plus the view for this place will be obliterated. Probably why its for sale. Rent it if you don't mind any of this.

The Sea Bunkhouse was so great! A fun space and beautiful with great beach access.

Nowhere in the instructions noted we had to push in the lock with the key to open the door.A Vacasa employee had to come and let us in after standing outside in the cold for an hour. The ice maker doesn’t work. When the shower in the main bedroom upstairs was turned on the shower head flew out of the fixture just missing me and spraying water all over the bathroom.There were a pair of men’s pants left hanging in the upstairs bathroom in the main bedroom. It would be nice to ensure others’ clothes are removed prior to the next guests moving in., There are instructions to take out the trash to the community garbage cans at the end of the street. They have combination locks on them and we weren’t given the code to access. The TV in the bedroom upstairs asked for a code which again was not in the instructions. It was disappointing to deal with all that didn’t work.

We loved this condo and definitely recommend it. Ideal for 3 couples or 3 single friends. The loft has games, puzzles, and a carpeted area where you can throw sleeping bags down for your kids. Well stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, and cookware. Our only ding is the auto sensor lighting downstairs. You barely slip out of the bedrooms to use the bathroom & the bright lights come on. You dash across the foyer & hit the switch to turn it off before waking up the person in the other bedroom. I'm sure it is a safety feature but it would be nice if it could be dimmed at night. We couldn't get the code to unlock the door but used the secondary method with the key. Very nice place.

House was okay. But I’ve contacted Vacasa 6 times by phone, 5 times by email for a couple of items of clothes left in the dryer. They noted that they had the clothes and it’s been over a month and still don’t have them, heard nothing back. The customer service agent stated they would comp sending them to me because what an absolute hassle we had been through, and yet, still nothing. We were actually staying at another home across the street the next day, and they wouldn’t even let us go over there while the cleaner was there to get the clothes. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, won’t be booking again which is so unfortunate because we’ve loved using Vacasa.

We had a weekend getaway with our family. The beach access was great and it was nice to have a bbq on the deck.

Enjoyed ourselves, Took 87 year old Dad fishing great location! One some thing I am a Pet lover but the Hose smells like Dog.

Great view! Very nice and clean. Pet friendly too.
