Everything was perfect! We had more than we needed, everything was clean, and plenty of things to do in the cabin!! We didn’t leave from the moment we got there. We will absolutely be back!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Everything was clean and so relaxing there was so much privacy while on the back porch in the hot tub watching tv. We will be back.

It was a vacation for my mother and step father, they had the best of times in this cabin! They absolutely loved it. Everything was so nice and they mentioned it smelled like new. It was a great stay for them, will definitely recommend this cabin for future getaways .

Knotty and Nice was exceptional!! Beautiful inside and out- meticulously maintained, clean, and cozy with all the amenities we could desire. We hated to leave and are already planning our next stay. We enjoyed looking at the stars at the firepit, grilling at the grill in the outdoor kitchen, and the fabulous hot tub! Five stars plus more!

Knotty and Nice is a beautiful cabin. Rodney and Pam did not miss one detail when preparing this cabin for their guests. From the hot chocolate station to blankets on the patio so you can stay warm while enjoying the fireplace. It’s as if they left Easter eggs for you find while there. They have covered every detail so that all you need are you clothes. Seeing deer running down the road while you play horseshoes is a nice treat. The hot tub and a glass of wine is a sweet way to end the evening. Pam responds quickly to any question you may have before and during your stay. This was the perfect cabin for our first trip to the area.

I knew the cabin was going to be nice but it was way beyond Nice. It was a beautiful cabin and the Hosts were amazing. We text , emailed and I spoke to her on the phone . 5 Stars !!!! Best Weekend Ever

This cabin was just what we were wanting. Everything was nice and clean and we loved the layout. Owners were easy to contact and super nice. The back porch was perfect for a relaxing weekend with a couch, blankets, fireplace, hot tub, grill & even a sink. Great location, not too far if you want to go to town but still private to relax and get away from it all. Our best trip so far!

It was a great stay from the nice back porch for watching movies and spending time together with loved ones to the perfect big walk in shower will definitely be staying here again!!

Knotty and nice was everything you need, from the shower with 8 shower heads to the fun backyard with outdoor kitchen, this was an absolute gem! Pam was so sweet and attentive this place was amazing!

We had an awesome time at the cabin. Very clean and nice for privacy. The outside patio was perfect for watching hunting on tv while enjoying a cozy fire after the hot tub. Kitchen fully stocked and bed was nice and comfy. Shower in master bath is perfect for 2. Overall truly amazing and pam was the best as a host and cabin owner.

We couldn’t be any happier with this cabin! It is tucked away, but close to everything in Hochatown. Pam communicated very well and things were perfect for us. The cabin feels very spacious inside, we never felt cramped. Extremely clean!!! We will definitely return! Thanks for letting us enjoy this time away!

Our cabin and host were absolutely wonderful!! Cabin was in perfect shape, couldn’t have asked for anything better! Only issue we had was the traffic, it was constant- we aren’t sure if this was always like this or if we were just in peak season. We also had very very very loud neighbors, we thought we would have a bit more quiet/relaxation but we still very much enjoyed cuddling around the fire pit and watching the Chiefs game from our hot tub! We enjoyed celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary here!! Pam was wonderful!!

The cleanliness of the property, the accuracy of the listing, the way the place looked just like the pictures.... this was an amazing stay! We had the best time. What a cute cabin in the woods. I see why they have 5 stars consistently. Highly recommend.

This cabin was everything as stated in details and much more! We come to BB twice a year and this cabin was the best as we call it “couples only cabin” no kids with us😂 that we’ve rented. The host communicated by far friendlier and attentively than the big property management companies around. Prompt response to any questions and suggestions for the in service massage therapist was spot on and we get them e every other week but The Servants Hands was one of the best stone massages with facial I’ve ever gotten. We felt safe and the most important thing about cabins to us is how good the mattress sleep because husband has had several surgeries and we slept like we were at home very comfortable bed. The only warning would be the roadway to cabin that the owner has no control over, the main road to cabin turn off to beware of pot holes and drive slowly to cabin if coming in at night. This will be our couples cabin for now on and we will be sharing with family & friends. Thank you Pam & Rodney for sharing your beautiful cabin with everyone.

Beautiful cabin

We loved the spacious living and kitchen area. The bedroom shower was extremely nice and we especially loved the outddor living area where we spent most of our awake time enjoying the firplace and hot tub as well as the outdoor fire pit.

Me & my boyfriend loved it, we stayed for memorial weekend. It was quiet, clean & beautiful. We will be definitely be visiting again❣

It was an amazing weekend and exactly what we needed!!!

The property was amazing! My wife and I were amazed how much better the cabin looked in person versus the pictures. Everything was beyond what we expected from the area of Broken bow to the awesome communication of Pam the property owner. This area has so many activities to take in that can’t be done in one day, we will be back!! And defiantly be more than just one night! But it was a nice getaway even if it was just for the weekend.
