Great experience! We had everything we needed for our family! I feel like the value and price were also fair, which is importance to us as a family. The yard was a huge plus for us! We can’t wait to come again soon!

Overall experience was great! The entire property was clean and was exactly as presented online. We especially enjoyed the picnic table outside. The A/C system works really well! LOL...we actually had to adjust the temp for a a couple of cold people in the group! We would definitely recommend staying here and would probably book it again!

The property was very well cared for. The house was very clean and smelled nice even though it is pet friendly. There was ample parking for a boat and trailer and 2 vehicles. We were very happy with the house!

We loved our stay here. It’s comfortable and feels like home. The house had everything we needed and more. There was so much room for our 2 dogs to run around outside. We will definitely be back!

Great yard for two dogs, shower and hose outside, easily fit our car. Loved the front porch, the house was perfect for us. Living area nice with great internet and tv. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed.Beds in all the rooms were comfortable and sheets/comforters very soft. Washer/dryer worked great. We lined the quiet street, close proximity to beach and restaurants. We will definitely come back. Owner is very attentive and answers messages right away. The floors are great with pets and easy to sweep the whole house if needed .Loved the dining area with good size table. Great house to rent if you are bringing pets.

Perfect location, 5 min drive to everything downtown. Quick walk to beach or shot golf cart ride. House was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Will be staying here again for sure!

This was our 5th year taking a family trip to Port A. We’ve stayed at condos, houses, and cabins. I thought last year at Palmilla was the nicest place would would stay. This place undoubtedly raised the bar! To say this property is spacious would be an understatement. It’s huge! We had 4 adults, a four year old, and a 10 month old puppy. Everyone had their own space without being on top of each other and our puppy LOVED having the huge yard to run around off leash. The home is also decorated incredibly well. Most places feel like you’re renting because the decorations almost feel like an afterthought. Everything here felt like home. The bedding, the towels, even the dishes were all quality material. Then, the host - Stephanie - was just top notch. From booking to check out, she was incredibly responsive to the few questions we had. She made us feel more like a guest than some hotels do! I simply do not have one bad thing to say about this property. Without a doubt, we would stay here again!

So the property was really cozy and comfortable… the only thing we noticed, was that our stuff had picked up some white pet hair, and we don’t have pets, so it’s undeniably not ours… but that isn’t something that we were terribly upset over, I just wanted to point it out so that we weren’t blamed for bringing a pet when we didn’t…

We had a great time, so relaxing. I want to give a big shout out to Stephanie. I left a pair of diamond earrings and reached out to Stephanie to let her know. Between her and the people that rented after us, they found my earrings and will be mailing them to me. I really appreciate Stephanie going above and beyond to help with this. Great people and great stay!

We stayed 3 nights with 5 teen girls and 2 adults. The rooms were more than big enough to accommodate. Loved the location - very quick drive to the beach or about a 10 minute walk. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, wi-fi was speedy, and laundry detergent was even stocked if you forget to bring your own. I definitely plan on repeating this stay in the future.

Great overall stay and enjoyed our time in Port A. The house was perfect and just liked the pictures. Fenced yard perfect for the dogs too. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was as represented on the VRBO listing. Highly recommend staying here. It’s a great setup and great location. Not on the beach but very close. We plan on booking here again for sure.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked this home is. It was absolutely perfect for our vacation with our two grown children. The location made it easy to get to the beach and to restaurants / shops on our golf cart. We did not have a need to contact the owner because the home was in such great shape, however she was in contact with us before our visit, providing telephone numbers in case something was needed. I would 100% rent this home again!

We had a great experience staying at the Flock On Beach House in Port A! We were able to walk to the beach for SandFest in just 10 minutes, super easy and convenient. The house is as advertised, lots of space, comfy furniture-especially the beds, so clean, the landscaped backyard and colorful picnic tables were cute, and the upstairs balcony was relaxing and always seemed breezy. Our hostess, Stephanie, was really easy-going and very nice to chat with about all things Port Aransas and SandFest. We had zero problems or surprises regarding this wonderful home! Loved it!

Everything was perfect from the neighbors to the fresheners in the house. We had forgotten some cookware at home but everything was provided. I would definitely recommend this property and Host.

We had a great stay. It was a little rough start but the property owner was in contact with us and even made the long drive to make sure we were taken care of. Short story the pipes were frozen but it was an easy fix thanks to a quick thinkings hubs. The rest of the stay was perfect and everyone had a great time. The Christmas decor and fully equipped house made it easy and fun. Plenty of room and even the pups had fun.
