We purchased this motor home with the idea in mind of having a great way to create fun family experiences and memories. We are relatively new to the RV scene but have had a wonderful time learning the ropes and have created some great memories along the way. Setup is easy with automatic leveling jacks that deploy from inside the motor home. You can also extend the slide, start the generator, turn the water pump and water heater on and off, and check the tank levels all from a central control panel inside the RV. If you want to watch TV or otherwise need to use the electricity while driving, you can start and stop the generator from inside and let it run while driving. This unit has ample beds and we had some extra seatbelts added by the dealer (total of 8) to accommodate more people during the drive. The bedroom has an upgraded queen mattress that is very comfortable. Two bunk beds each have their own tv for individualized entertainment. There is a queen sized bed that drops down over the driver and passenger seats. The table and sofa both turn into beds as well. We have four kids and wanted to comfortably be able to sleep. It works well for us and we hope it will for you too. There are 3 larger TVs, including one outside under the awning for an evening movie after the kids go to sleep, one over the dining table, which works great for the kids to watch a movie while driving, eating, or just lounging around, and one in the master bedroom. Two A/C units help keep you cool on hot summer days and nights and a propane furnace keeps you warm on cooler nights. There is ample storage both inside and out. Driving is made much easier with a rear view camera that can be on all the time if desired and two side view cameras that are displayed when your turn signals are activated. We have set the sway bars to make the unit sway significantly less while driving than they do when they come direct from the factory. This made a huge difference in ease of driving, especially at higher speeds. This really is a fun motor home that our family has loved using and hope you can make some memories in it as well. Whether it is your first time or you are a pro in a motor home, this is a great unit. Now for a little bit of “fine print:” Off-road operation is highly discouraged due to a high likelihood of causing damage to the unit. This does not include well-groomed gravel roads in parks and camp grounds. These are normal and usually not an issue. We do, however ask that you not take the unit on poorly maintained gravel or dirt roads. It can cause a lot of damage in a hurry to the unit and we would rather avoid issues like that. We would like you to verify your ID through RVshare and have an idea of your itinerary before we accept your reservation request. That being said, we try hard to respond quickly in the event that you have a last-minute trip to plan. We will send you out with full fuel. Please return it full. If not, we will charge to top the fuel off. Please return the motorhome reasonably clean, swept out, with trash removed. We will complete the remainder of interior/exterior cleaning for the regular cleaning fee. If it is returned extra dirty such as having stains, etc. requiring extra or professional cleaning or repair, we will charge the “extra cleaning fee.” We don’t play games with this but have to protect our investment if someone abuses it. Right now RV use and popularity is very high. Professional repairs and maintenance are somewhat difficult to find on short notice. Appliances and other RV components can and do occasionally malfunction. If this happens during your trip, please contact us we will do our best to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable workaround. We really want you to have a good and memorable trip! Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee that every component will work despite our best efforts. It is also possible something could have malfunctioned prior to your rental that we can’t get repaired before your rental. While we try to keep it in good working order, if this happens, we will contact you as soon as we can and make every effort to resolve it and come to a mutually agreeable solution. Unfortunately we can’t promise nothing will go wrong but will try hard to make it right. We don’t want this to scare anyone off but want to be as up front as possible.
