Everything was great!! The room has a perfect view of the castle and the hospitality was amazing, she is a lovely lady! I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The pension is well located - close to the center but in a very quiet area. It offers wonderful views of the Mosel river and the Cochem Castle. Beds are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes. There is an open bar, where you can cheaply buy different cold and hot drinks. Above all, there is a person of the owner, who is a very warm-hearted and helpful person. A really wonderful place to stay!

Breakfast was excellent with good choices and a very clean, friendly atmosphere. Host was amazingly friendly. Great to have an option to purchase snacks, drinks after hours.
Note to self : bring your own shower soap and pay by cash. This is no means a dislike just I hadn't taken this into account which was no problem to resolve.

The room was rather smart, seen to furnitures etc. And thank God, NO PLASTIC UNDER THE SHEETS. Heibs location in Cochem was perfect for most people, I think.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast spread. We stayed for 3 nights. Quite a large and comfortable room with a balcony. Thank you!

Easy parking, good value for the price in expensive Cochem, nice view of the castle from the room.
There were used towels left from a previous visitor in the external shower room.

Nice location across the river from the town center, excellent views of the castle from the front garden (but not from most of the rooms). Convenient safe parking in front of the property. Nice breakfast, good coffee.
Mrs Heib is a very friendly host.
The mattresses and pillows were very soft, at least to our liking.

The view of the castle from my room was amazing. The hotel was close to all main attractions and the train station. The breakfast was good.

Very nice accommodation with a very friendly host. I had a single room with the toilet and shower in the hallway but very close by. Was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with a 1.40 bed and a beautiful view of the Brug Cochem.
The location is perfect as you have the best view and it's a 10 min walk to the center.
Breakfast was wonderful and the host very accomodationg. Her eggs are amazing!

The property is very clean, has a nice view of the castle and the city. Within a 10 min walk you are already at the center, and there are many restaurants and bars also just around the corner.
There is a patio and parking for car and motorcycles
The owner is incredibly friendly, breakfast is also good and you have a fridge where you can buy for very cheap prices, beer, wine, water, sodas, many snacks, very complete!
We stayed a couple of nights at the end of June, temperatures around 25-28… the room can get really warm but I mean you just need to get used to
The pillows are too soft for my liking. Like really flat and I prefer them comfy, fluffy or with some filling 😅

No shampoo or soap in the bathroom.
Towels have a strange smell.
The sheets and blankets are made from synthetic textile, which doesn't make the skin feel good.
No power outlets next to the bed to charge phones.
Checkout has to be at 10:30, which is rather early.
