The floorplan of this condo is great for two families and feels spacious. It's clean and well taken care of. I would stay there again. For future reference to property mgmt, it could use more of the basics in the kitchen (eg. salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.). Also, would like to be left more dishwasher soap, bathroom soap etc. We stayed for 6 days and really only had enough of those supplies to last 3 days.
But overall, really liked the place!

This is a perfect home for my family of 5 while we vacation in Mammoth. The location, to the lakes, town, and various hiking trails were very accessible. This is a wonderful home away from home.

The condo was kept very clean and was very easy to access. Loved how easy it was to dump trash. We had a slight issue with their new fridge on the first day, but the host responded right away to help fix the issue and checked in about the fridge the following day to make sure there were no other issues with it. Also appreciated the presence of asian soup spoons and bowls for the hot pot dinner we cooked there!

Overall a great place, host sent quick and timely communication vi the app, the place was very clean, easy temperature control, and the towels were really high quality.
I rated it a 5-star because it deserves it but to be totally fair, I’d only give small tenths of a point deduction for the quality of the beds/mattress, soap dispensers in the bathrooms were empty or not enough for our stay (5 nights), and the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked (e.g. missing lids on pots, didn’t have some misc items found in our own kitchen).
Again, those are minor issues in an overall great place; we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Our group of 10 really enjoyed our stay at Catherine’s property. It was clean, spacious and within a 5 minute drive of anything we needed. We especially appreciated that there was plenty of parking in the community and the kitchen included some special touches like soup bowls and spoons, which we put to good use after a long day of skiing. Catherine was a very responsive and accommodating host - she was able to quickly resolve a very minor issue we encountered and we really appreciated her attentiveness.

The condo was exactly like the pictures. It accommodated my large group perfectly and was a very easy and smooth process. Just a couple minutes away from Canyon Lodge. Parking was super easy and available for our 3 cars. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to ski/snowboard with a large group.

This was a great place for our two families annual ski trip! Clean, well stocked and maintained, easy communication with the host. Everything was as expected. We were here during a storm, the snow was promptly plowed so we could get in and out without any problems. We would like to come back!

Wow! Catherine’s place is the perfect second story with huge loft for friends and family to rest and relax. The jacuzzi is a short walk away and provides a much needed rest after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back to this clean home to enjoy the Mountains again soon!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend with friends and family staying at this beautiful condo. The location is great, close to stores and restaurants. Not far from bus stop to go to skiing. The communication with the owner was great. The owner was very responsive when we had some challenges with the heating of the condo. There were a lot of books and board games too! One comment to make this even a better rental is to have the cleaning crew pay closer attention to the kitchen to eliminate the dust on top of fridge . Some of the cabinets were also greasy and the handles sticky. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and for the wonderful memories. We will be back!!

Amazing host! Quick to respond. Property was actually larger than expected and seen on pictures. Clean and Very intimate space for large group. 20 minutes to the ski resort. I would recommend this place to family and friends and I would stay here again.

Due to the time we arrived there it was dark and couldn’t really explore the area. Once we left in the morning and saw the property outside.All I can say is, wow it is beautiful. The neighbors are genuinely kind. Directions of discarding trash was easy to understand. Thank you

Nice condo in mammoth
We had a short stay on our way to Santa Clara and found the condo to be very clean and nice. It’s in a great neighborhood and was convenient but not in the middle of the bustle. The unit is extremely functional and perfect for two couples or a family. The linens were very nice. We would stay here again without reservation. This was a summer stay so can’t really speak to it as a ski condo, but I think it would be very nice.

Decent Place for a decent price
It was very well connected to the places of interest in the city and Catherine was always available for any questions or help we needed. The house was clean and well maintained and we had everything needed. Ours was a group with adults and kids

Perfect Mammoth Getaway!
Our family with some friends had a great stay in this clean, spacious condo. We took full advantage of the well stocked kitchen with modern appliances for some great family dinners. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated and are in great shape. Catherine, the hostess, was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great family vacation at Mammoth Lakes
