Ездили в декабре. Народу в отеле было немного, шведский стол очень обильный, еда понравилась, все вкусно. Вечером была живая музыка, танцы. Жаль не было подогреваемого бассейна. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. В отеле тихо.

Добрый день. Понравилось все. Обязательно вернёмся. И наверное в более пляжный период. Отмечу ежедневные вечерние музыкальные программы очень хлоошего уровня.
Нет такого чтобы что то не понравилось. Есть пожелания: Мебель в стандартах немного надо освежить, Больше и нет пожеланий.

Отель очень понравился! Вкусные разнообразные еда и напитки, 4 бассейна, до моря пешком минут 5-7, лежаков хватает и на пляже, и около бассейнов, интересные развлекательные мероприятия по вечерам. Самое главное-потрясающий персонал: такого отношения еще нигде не встречали. Доброжелательные, отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь, искренне интересуются впечатлениями от отдыха и делают всё, чтобы отдых прошел на высшем уровне.
Небольшой минус-это немного уже "уставшие" номера, освещение в номере приглушенное, но это нисколько не испортило впечатления от отдыха.

Сподобався привітний та усміхнений персонал, смачна їжа, відсутність черг у ресторані, де завжди є вільні місця.
Також завжди можна знайти вільні лежаки на пляжі.
Підключення до вай-фай зразу по прибуттю, а не після заселення в номер.
Рушники та халати з логотипом готелю виглядають чудово.
Приємною несподіванкою став комплімент від готелю при заселенні.
Ще одна приємність це те, що більшість відпочиваючих - іноземці, росіянців небагато.
В морі є холодні течії, тому, незважаючи на велику прибережну територію, скупчення людей в морі на невеликому просторі.
Також не сподобався матрас на двохмісному ліжку: коли 1 людина рухається у ві сні, друга людина відчуває всі коливання матраса. І це доволі некомфортно.

We arrived the hotel in the May. Hotel location is excellent many shops. Bazar outside ! the reception very welcoming! The food very delicious. Everything was good !! I want to thank the guest relation manager Muhammad that helped with everything that we asked for ! Making our vacation unforgettable!! Thanks a lot Castival!

I recommend a lot this hotel arrived with my 2 sons and my daughter the weather was rainy but the guest relation team made their best to make our vacation unforgettable! The food was very delicious the room very clean ! We will come back this year again for holiday

Nice hotel, but needs update. Part of shower door was missing. We wishes to change our room but they showed us that also other rooms missen part of the door.

- Too much german music. In september oktober fest!! That would be OK for 1 day. But every day and evening entertainment was Deutsch/ German. When you travel to a country you want to hear, taste and feel the culture of the country. Even on request for some Turkish music, they kindly refused.

This hotel has a great variety of breakfast I loved it. You can find all the breakfast products you are looking for here. All very well washed and very fresh. Despite the early hours of the morning, the interest and helpfulness of the staff is admirable.
I haven't come across anything here that I don't really like. I am sure that I will not look for any other hotel when I come to Turkey from now on.

Staff very friendly and attentive
From outside looks fantastic but within the hotel there were lots of unfinished details. Mould on carpet, bumps and scratches in room, holes in walls.
