The aesthetics were everything! This is a picture worthy facility…from the entrance to the stairs leading up to the rooftop. One of the MOST unique properties I have been to! Tiffany ( front desk) offered great customer service! She was appreciated 😊 loved the room!

Why would Hilton place a hotel where rooms could hear the DJ music from a restaurant next door! We were in the 4th floor and had to have our room changed because of loud thumping music that prevented us from sleeping. This was at 10::00 PM. The room we were moved to was better but the second night we could still hear the thumping sound. We were in room 230 at this point. Then, the first morning we went down for coffee at 7:15, had checked to see the Stinger Coffee shop hours open at 7:00. When we got there it was closed and the Bellman, said, they are running late. Your only option is to go to Starbucks down the street. This was disappointing. When you serve that many guests, the shop should be open. I used to be a frequent traveler and had never experienced this with Hilton’s. But this time I was very disappointed and I would not recommend this location to friends.

Beautiful design and location! Great service from the valet staff.

When we arrived the front desk receptionists weren’t informative, they didn’t tell us anything about the property, bars, restaurants, amenities, just gave us our room keys and that’s it. I felt like it was a missed opportunity. We paid $1,500 for 2 nights and the hotel felt like just another hotel, not luxurious, the lobby bar looked closed, no welcome drinks or any kind of special welcome treat.

Upon check in we were notified we were overcharged- $35k for 4 nights- blamed booking.com when in reality it was their management's fault. Nothing like flying through a rainstorm and checking in late at night to be told of this mistake. They fixed it, but it was drama we could have done without. As the moment we checked into the room we were calling the credit card company and booking.com before even unwinding from the flight and transportation to the hotel. There is one elevator working, very inconvenient to wait for as you cannot take stairs up. The coffee shop closes at 3pm, ridiculous. We were there 5 days and I never saw the bar open once. The maid didn't come in to clean until almost 4pm and considering my husband was working in the room this was really inconvenient. Horrible connection to wifi. We could only make phone calls from the corner of our room near the window or had to go downstairs. Should have stood at the Hyatt like we did last year.

honestly the fact that you can't check in until 4pm, but check out is 11am and if you ask to extend you're charged for the full day is not acceptable. it was difficult to adhere our VACATION schedule and flight times to those limited times and it's not fair for guests.

Centrally located, easy walking distance to almost everywhere. Rooftop bar was a big plus for us. Ammenities and the facility were equally brilliant.

Since check in was delayed, it would have been nice to give us a later check out time
