Everything was beautiful very modern and comfortable

The elevators took forever! And one wasn’t working

the way the hotel smelled. The bed comfy! Shower scents and shower amazing! Pool was clean and towels avail. Just all amazing!

I needed to get breakfast early on Monday. They had been stocking the breakfast bar. But, we were not allowed to grab anything. We had to go grab something at a gas station before our flight. but, other than that the ladies and service people all were perfect and food the previous day was amazing.

Rooms, location, staff, Breakfast, cleanliness was very good, I will come back to stay again.

I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like

The beds are comfortable, ac was running great. The breakfast is our favorite, my daughters ask me to wake them up to eat when at other hotels they always request to sleep in.

The pillows a re a little flat but that’s easy to overlook

The breakfast included an optional brioche sandwich (egg, bacon, cheese), but the bun was stale. 😕

Staff was rude from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Staff and advertising said there were two areas for breakfast, but there was only one and it had very little. We ate after we left. One of the elevators were taped off, but every time you were waiting on an elevator, the one taped off would show up and cancel your button for an elevator. You would have to start over again and again and again. Bad hotel.

The breakfasts were fantastic. The staff were very nice...and funny! The room was very clean. Loved this hotel! We will certainly return. Thank you!

The hallway on the 3rd floor smells like used baby diapers....it's really strange. I REALLY wish there was microwaves in each room. When you microwave your food downstairs, in the lobby, it's cold by the time you get back up to your room. These 2 things were our only complaints.

Clean modern rooms.

Basically no housekeeping services until you check out. They didn’t come once for clean towels or a room clean.

I was highly impressed! The staff, environment, and amenities were excellent. I called the front desk to ask if there were towels available at the pool. "Hello, Mr Davis! How can we help you?" was what I heard. Then, the person went to check to make sure that there were towels for my assurance. They are also pet friendly! The hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and a theater. They also offer complimentary breakfast on both sides of the hotel, not just the Tru side, which I took advantage of. There is also plenty of secure parking. The next time I travel, I'll be sure to seek out Tru!

The rooms were clean and I appreciate the complimentary breakfast. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help.

Honestly I can’t complain at all.

The property had so many things to do. The breakfast was very pleasing. I had no complaints about this hotel.

There is no microwaves in the rooms. though there is one in the main lobby that you can access at any time of the day and night. They also provide it next to a station that contains silverware and plates as well as condiments you may need. One last thing I did not like but is not a big deal if you pack very organized is that the rooms do not come with closets. They do provide your typical iron and ironing board tho.

Had everything you could need in the bathroom and lobby area. Clean room.

Pillows were awful, sheets and pillowcases super thin. Not real quiet room, kept hearing loud tapping and banging noises from the fridge and from outside the room. Room itself was very compact. Opposite of spacious. Half the TV channels didn't work.
