Inloggen was een crime, onduidelijk, invoeren juiste datum geboorte en paspoort was niet mogelijk, geen personeel of ondersteuning. Locatie ver van centrum en hooggelegen voor vakantiefietsers.

Sehr sauber, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Für zwei Personen relativ knappes (schmales) Bett. Fernseher mit starken Störungen, stark verpixelt und Bildausfällen

It was new, clean and the room furniture was new and good.

The service was very bad. There was no reception staff and no information about check in. It was very difficult and confusing to check in with a lot of passwords and codes for only one night. The location is also bad, at the end of the city. The price was extremely high. There was no coffee machine in the room and there was no coffee machine in the hole hotel. It was very bad regarding the price.

Homely feel. Comfortable, clean, cool, good views, relaxing and quiet. Sustainable. Checked in online and used phone as key. Bakery and restaurants nearby. Good bus connections to town. Close to hills and forests towards Bebenhausen.

Requires a bus to reach from town (3,4 & 5 connections are good and all stop within a few hundred metres of hotel at stops called Horemer and Maria-von-Linden Straße).

I would like to be able to have breakfast at the hotel.

Everything automated, including entrance, is not convenient.

The room was very clean and ellegant!

how to pay at the kiosk is not clear instantly as the card reader is too small to see.

The location was a little out of town, but well connected by bus and the upside was that it was a really quiet place in a residential area.

It would have been nice to have the possibility to have a fresh breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable it was self check in and out but fairly easy to sort location was a half hour walk down hill into centre strenuous coming back up if your not fit but taxis available

We had to go to the basement and sort our own room items kettle etc the was no tea and coffee facilities which I think you should have already had placed in the room on arrival apart from this small detail we had a great stay

- no reception / no personelle on site - laggy check-in computer, so many emails with clutter - disconnect between housekeeping/hotline - no breakfast but a kiosk - location & price On the day of the checkout, we left around 09:00 and at 10:00 called the hotel because we realized that we forgot some food packages (unopened) that we bought to take with us back home.. the lady at the hotline was helpful, we explained the situation that we forgot and we are going to come back around 11:00 to pick them up. Btw, the checkout time was noon so still within the paid period of our booking. At 11:00 when we arrived, the housekeeping told us that they already cleaned the room, removed everything, and put them in the garbage. I can understand if we would immediately call them or we would go there late in the afternoon or something. So this sucks big time, who will pay the money we spend for the stuff they trashed now? Probably it'd have been prevented with regular reception personnel. The hotel saves a lot of costs by having no one working on site but outsourcing a hotline and making the customers deal with laggy, cheap hotel software during checkout. Yet the prices are the same or higher than the other hotels in the vicinity with 16h and/or 24h reception service.

had to wait for a really long time to get a room but it’s not the fault of the hotel, they were just full!

apart from the bug in the bed the room was spotless and all very new, comfortable bathroom

There was some type of creepy crawly bug 🐜 surfacing once we opened up the duvet which was absolut disgusting . messaged the hotel about it the next morning via booking.com, no reply so far !

Ridiculously complicated check-in process rather than using booking.com stored personal data. Machine check-in did not work. Endless wait on telephone helpline. Kitchenette withous dishes and cutlery which have to be collected from the basement by the gusts. Very narrow double bed (140cm). No bedside tables, narrow storage sill 70 cm above bed. Construction work still in progress with scaffolding in front of the window which, therefore, could not be opened.

The room itself is descent; however I would not rate it even 3 of 5. Support from Digital agents is excellent.

The beds are small! Maybe some thought needs to be put in place.. People go to the hotel to have a comfortable sleep. If you arrive late in the evenings; you can barely identify the hotel; no proper lighting outside, the area is very secluded, hotel itself seems to be under construction. Digital hotel is a good idea; however you are struggling by yourself trying to self-check-in; where the check-in machine does not identify your verification documents and you are forced to enter a lot of information manually; which can be reduced.

Spacious and clean. Efficient digital check-in with no staff. Excellent location for visiting the Max Planck institute

A bit isolated. Far from any coffee places or restaurants.

it was clean, tidy & modern. The key being your mobile phone is cool.

The key did not always work first time

I appreciate the hotel philosophy very much and their attitude towards innovative ideas in a sector, in which shortage of skilled workers is a problem. Besides, their attention to the needs of a specific category of travellers, who wants to feel home and find a peaceful and comfy place at the end of the day is also very clear. Digitalisation and sustainable choices are the answer to both challenges: right so and well realised. Additionally, you always feel the security that somebody is at the end of the line to answer your calls, in case you need an extra help. Which mostly is not the case, as you find very funny and carefully formulated messages with instructions anywhere you need them and every step is kept as easy as it gets. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a very restorative night sleep. It was a discovery trip in our own trip. :-)

I would have enoyed a coffee in the room or in the hotel somewhere. Maybe even an instant one. But again it was a good reason to take a nice short walk aoutside to a good Bakery nearby. Can it be that the innovative atmosphere around you brings out a positive attitude?
