Beautiful flat in perfect location: Lots of good restaurants, Cafés, great pubs and the river Thames - everything in walking distance. We loved it!

The flat itself was nice once you were inside but could have Di e with some fine tuning to be a ‘finest’ retreat.

The entrance and hallway was dirty and shabby. On arrival I started to wonder what I had actually booked as the hallway and stairs were dirty and smelly. The flat was also not entirely clean and I would have been to a higher standard for the price we paid for 2 nights.

Position is great

Absolutely dirty. The alleyway at ground floor and stair in common with other apartments is really disgusting to pass through. A ver bad smell of dirty and the moquette that probably does not get clean from 10 years or more. The apartment in the picture looks nice, and it may be, but the bedrooms are small, and the bathroom rater is smaller. You don't even the space to stand on almost. The main problem was that it was full of dust everywhere. Cleaning is just done superficial. Below the mattress, I found a lot of dirty and even an oreo package that seems to have been there for a long time and mattresses were full of spots and really bad for sleeping, especially one of them. Under the kitchen, we should find, as instructed, cleaning equipment, but they were so dirty that using them, you may dirt instead of clean. Communication with the hos, a property management was poor and not immediate. We decided to clean up the apartment by ourselves and buy new cleaning stuff. Only the day after they reply at my messages sent just an hour after self check in, proposing to semd again housekeeping service. We refuse due we already did by our self. We asked to check out a night before with a refund, but there was no response about it.

Super cute apartment with little river views. We loved Richmond and everything it had to offer. Nice and quite but close to the city. The washer dryer was an extra bonus. Super useful.

They keys were a bit sticky but that was no big issue

location was great. loved the size…kitchen and laundry were awesome. property wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in. the owner was very nice and apologetic but the property management didn’t respond to any of my messages.

no toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent. hallways dirty and smelly but once inside it was fine.
