Breakfast very tasty and of very good variety! Room exceptionally practical and clean, loved the bathroom and the bed! Staff super sweet and polite, especially Ms Patricia ☺️

If you want to have dinner you need to make reservation beforehand, so that's a bit inconvenient

Staff very helpful. Room was comfortable and only the shower was a problem as water ran over the floor. Otherwise we would certainly book here again. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice staff! and very nice modern rooms! Just outside the city centre of Arles, very good start to visit the very interesting city of Arles.

Bar open after 21.00 hours, but because rather small hotel, perhaps a bit to much to ask......

Place near the highway, about 1.5 km from city centre with large private parking. Room size just right, air-conditioned. Good value for money. Large and tasty breakfast. Outside furniture to stay during warm evenings.

The staff working in there is very nice, qualified, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good. A/C worked perfectly & the TV system is alright too.

The rooms were way toooo small - our recommendation is that the hotel be remodeled to make either larger rooms - that BTW should have a closet/cupboard to put the cloths... - to be able to hold two people properly, or to convert those into 1-single/double bed rooms, that is, for just one person / room. Ah! The bathrooms should be also much larger, so that at least a decent shelf to put the toilet things can be included. Also, the building needs an elevator!

It's a basic hotel but great value for money, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff Everything worked as it should, it's great for a short stop 20 mins walk into Arles centre and 10 mins from chain restaurants in the shopping zone where it's situated

It's in an industrial zone which we knew but the walk into Arles is currently past lots of works so not the nicest walk (but nothing to do with the hotel)

Decor is a little wacky but the room was clean and the shower is spacious. It is located in an industrial area, so if you’re looking for good views or an evening stroll through Arles this is not where you’ll find it, however it’s only a short 10 minute drive into the centre of Arles! The staff were very helpful and friendly and if you’re on a budget it’s a decent stay!

We liked how it is furnished with repurposed pieces in a modern and fun way. The managers were very nice and helpful. A/c worked very well (a plus we found out in France). Very good breakfast, many choices and plentiful. very close to town and to highway but not noisy because of good window insulation. I would go back

It did not have an elevator and we had some luggage with us that was heavier. However the manager was very helpful and helped us bringing the luggage up and down the stairs. The surroundings are not very pleasant to look around because it’s located right behind a modern complex however the place seemed very safe.

Nothing. The area is suburban, a bit anonymous, taken up by hotels but you soon realise it’s very close to the centre

Nice a bit quirky decor. Rooms simple but fine. Management and staff lovely.

It had an arty x relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

It was a bit too far from the city centre. A good walk or infrequent buses but in hot weather it was limiting .

Friendly receptionist, nice location, fine budget hotel. From the hotel only 25 min by walk to the city center. Good place to stay for one night if you travel with a car! There is a free hotel parking place.

The shelves in the bathroom were hanging. It was impossible to put anything on them. The hairdryer didn't work.

They need to be upfront in the ad that the meals served are brought-in from a vendor. My son remarked that his microwave heated veg lasgna was cool in the center. The next day he had vomiting & diarrhea- cost us a day and $25 Euros for med. Mgmt gave a $20 euro refund for his meal. For that amount we could have had a decent real meal elsewhere. Ok stay, but don't eat meals there.

Good hotel to stay when visiting Arles by car. It offers free parking on their terrain. Arles is at walking distance, but you can also take your car to the center.

Was good room clean and quiet even though next door to freeway. Breakfast is good value. Nice big bed and air con good. Parking easy a bit of walk to old town but not too hard Good value.

Replace carpet in corridor.
