Steps from Summer House Beach Grill was the saving grace for us. Resort had indoor and outdoor pools as well as sandy beach and fire pit area. Situated right on the lake was a plus.

Asked for king room with jacuzzi with garden view. Our room was basically the last room at the end of a long hallway in the basement. No real view except for parked cars. Air conditioner so high I stood on a chair to change the temp. Place is really dated. Bedding looked dirty. Not enough usb plugs near the nightstands. Maybe the other rooms were better but really didn’t care for ours.

Love the location on the lake easy trip to the downtown activities. Fishing or the dock was fun way to end the day.

Which there was a foot wash station or broom in room as lots of sand gets tracked in.

Didn’t hassle me about my service animals. I enjoyed having the opportunity to have an outdoor fire and grill. This vacation we usually either go camping or to the dells and we got both.

The beach was covered with algae and did not look appealing to go in. Some guests were not watching their minor children in the pool. I understand there are no pets other than service but it should have an area for service animals to relieve themselves when they are off the clock. Even a small fenced in area with grass.

The outdoor pool was really clean and the perfect temperature, the inflatables on the private beach were a good warm-up for going to Land of Natura, the indoor pool would be good for it rains during your trip, the room was nice as the double queen room had a wall separating my husband n I from our teen daughter, and our 10yr crashed on the couch, the best part was arriving and getting the free tkts to the zoo attraction and to Land of Natura that you can use every day of your stay incl. checkout day! Also you can walk to fancy lakefront restaurant, or the kid friendly choices like taco bell and mcds are only a 3 min car ride

The private beach was nice but the first day it had this awful green sludge blocking the beach to swim to the inflatables, going the 2nd wk of June, i can imagine this lake phenomenon gets worse as it gets even hotter, also they close the canoes/inflatables super early, we wanted canoe and watch the sunset, but that doesnt happen because they have to be returned by 8p!!! But the pool area didn't close til 1030p, otherwise the area is pretty much quiet after 10p, no nightlife nearby we could find

La ubicación es excepcional: - el lago está a pie del hotel y el hotel tiene una playita que es increible, además tiene una versión pequeñita de los tobiganes de Land of Natura. - aunque se requiere el coche para ir al centro de Wisconsin Dells, sí que hay caminos que te permiten dar una vuelta por los alrededores del hotel. Los servicios: - el hotel también dispone de piragüas que puedes coger y dar una vuelta por el lago. - al tener una piscina y jacuzzi interiores permite estar en la piscina aunque no haga buen tiempo. Las habitaciones: - tienen unas vistas increibles al lago. - el pequeño muro que separ las camas se agradece cuando compartes habitación con amigos.

La habitación: - no me gustó que el lavamanos forma parte de la entrada de la habitación y no del baño. La gestión de mi reserva: - Yo reservé para unos días y luego decidí retrasar mi estancia. Aunque estaba dentro de cambio permitido tuve que llamar a booking y que ellos lo hiciesen por mi. Una vez hecha la gestión esto dió algún que otro problema cuando llegué al hotel puesto que me dieron una pulsera que no abría mi puerta de la habitación y luego las pulseras dieron problemas al entrar en Land of Natura. Sin embargo gracias al personal todo esto quedo en simplemente anécdotas.
