We loved everything about this place. It was clean, well appointed, everything worked and it was so cozy! It was our first time staying here but will not be our last. It was far too much room for just myself and my tween daughter, but it allowed us the opportunity to spread out and just exist for five whole days, just the two of us <3 I adored the inclusion of CO sensors all over the place and fans in every bedroom; we all know how stuffy the coast can get and while the kiddo didn’t need hers, my fan was a welcome addition to a good night’s sleep! I would’ve preferred a bed with a headboard in the room with the balcony where I slept, but that’s a personal preference and the cleanliness of the room and the entire house more than made up for the slanted ceiling and no headboard. A couple of the other reviews mentioned uncomfortable beds, but my kiddo and I didn’t experience that (we only used the 2 queens upstairs so I can’t speak for the daybeds or the one downstairs!) The only other nitpicky thing I would mention is no cable. One of our favorite things to do on vacation is try to find something decent to watch, because we stream everything in our daily lives. Yes, we were perfectly fine streaming from Hulu and our Plex server while we were there, but it wasn’t quite the same and as my husband is particular about our Plex server and public devices/Wi-Fi, we were stuck watching media on our tablets all week. A TOTALLY first-world problem and in no way impacts our stay or the fact that we’ll gladly book again (and are already looking forward to it!), but worth a mention in case the owner wanted to add basic cable to the package. Totally understand if they don’t and if that’s the biggest problem here, I’m super grateful! I almost don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want other people to find out about this place and “ruin” it, but the owner and the caretakers deserve to know how much we loved this place <3 So here’s a glowing review, lol. Sigh!! :) :)

Overall our stay was fine and the house was clean. As others have shared, the stairs are steep and narrow so be aware when planning who will be in both upstairs bedrooms. Biggest complaint is that the coffee maker is not a drip machine as the pictures show and is now a Keurig only machine, which we didn’t know to plan for. Lots of filters and beans in the kitchen cabinet though…

This is great home that is clean, comfortable.

The house was very nice, bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. Would have been nice to have had cable tv to watch the football games.

Good vacation home, clean but in spite of no pets rule, bedding smelled of dogs. Very limited view of the beach. About a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. Just wish it was as advertised, but we did have a nice stay

Little Blue was extremely clean. They provided toiletry items, the kitchen was well stocked and towels a plenty. Added bonus - lots of free streaming of movies due to guests not signing out of accounts. Place across street looked sketchy but was very quiet. Short drive to the beach were we had a campfire and watched the sunset. Also close to eateries at Seabrook and in Moclips. Suggestions: Bring extra toilet paper. We got a "starter pack" and had to buy more. Daybed in king room squeaks so not usable as another bed if you are a light sleeper.

Open the Doors and Windows and you smell and hear the Ocean singing to you all day and all night! Relaxing small Private Yard! Great Place!

Fully stocked kitchen, the location to the nearest town, relaxing and near small town.

Close proximity to public beach access and town of Seabrook for some more upscale dining and entertainment options. Family of 3 + Mother in Law, plenty of room with privacy. Entertained local family members in backyard comfortably. Great internet connection, and solid cell service for a day spent working remote too. Obviously the house is not responsible for the weather, but was a great location to enjoy sunset (when visible) and the temperature was a nice reprieve from the South Florida summer heat. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking meals at home, and dining table was sizeable and comfortable for meals and games. House had great options for games suitable for all ages. Would book again if travels take us to the area.

We enjoyed the house! Kitchen pantry was well stocked with spices; living spaces had nice windows with plenty of sunshine. Overall great accomodation.

Everything was there and the place sparkling clean.

Cozy beach house. Well-stocked kitchen. Lots of games and amenities. Nice fenced backyard with firepit and grill. Close driving proximity to public beach access, the small towns of Pacific Beach and Seabrook; about 40 minutes to Lake Quinault and Oldest Spruce Tree. A little small for our group of 8 but it would be perfect for groups of 4-5 people. Great location for exploring this section of the Washington State coastline.

It was a great place and location to stay. We got there at check in time about 4:15 and they weren’t through cleaning so we had to wait an hour to get in. But it was clean! The beds were very comfortable! It was close to the beach where we found sand dollars! It was close to beautiful drives and hikes. The only problems were that the coffee pot did not work and they didn’t have toilet paper and paper towels. We called or texted three times and got a response that they would be there the next day, but they never showed up before we left and we stayed for three days.

Very well stocked in the kitchen, we weren't missing anything. Great location up on the hill...short walk/drive to the beach. Central and quiet as it was in a small town with the bigger touristy places only a short drive away.

Furniture and decor is amazing - a lot of thought, time and resources were obviously spent making this place feel like home. Very, very clean. The neighborhood is very cute and it is close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Note: not a huge selection at the local stores as far as groceries and food in Pacific Beach so bring what you need.
