Awesome location with direct view on Cannes and the sea. Lovely breakfast with fresh ingredients and great additions home-made from the owners. The owners really create a great private atmosphere with the view for the detail. They are offering exceptional service in terms of visit recommendations in line with the overall perfect set-up (great breakfast is served, but super possibility for making lunch/dinner on your own using the kitchen). Overall the owners have a great focus on details, also for the house and garden around.

the host and hostess were both professional and gracious. the setting of the place is unmatchable, a long view to the sea, with olive trees and cypress in the foreground, mountains framing a sweeping valley that descends to cannes and the mediterranean. we had two ample rooms, a bath and a balcony. breakfast (comes with the rooms) includes fruit, fresh orange juice, homemade yoghurt, eggs with ham and cheese, croissants and baguettes from a local artisanal bakery, homemade jams, and coffee. a short distance away, the village of Cabris, a charming remnant of old Provence...

It could not (repeat not) been better.

Highly recommended!!! The villa is fully maintained, comfortable, very clean, beautiful, relaxing and offers wonderful views to Cannes and the Mediterranean sea. The hosts, Florence and Emanuel, were extremely gracious and welcoming. They were well informed about tourist attractions and sight-seeing locations in the entire French Riviera area. Their recommendations helped us a lot with daily planning and dining. It is clear they thought about all the tiny details of hosting guests, including lovely hand-made breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen and even artisanal wine. We had a wonderful time staying in their villa and will gladly come back again!

It was a perfect stay. Emmanuel and Florence have made every effort to make us feel completely comfortable as guests. They provided us with fantastic tips for excursions and restaurants and prepared a very loving breakfast (with homemade yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, great egg dishes). Everything was so warm and perfect. The house is lovingly decorated. Everything is very new and clean. The view over the mountains and bay of Nice is fantastic! We've seen a lot of great places to stay, but Emmanuel and Florence's was particularly lovely and amazing. Tip: Emmanuel and Florence offer a "plate" with cheese and/or ham for dinner. Definitely worth trying. The selection was superb (again extraordinarily decorated and served) and the price was very fair! Thank you Emmanuel and Florence for this lovely stay. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful B&B. The room was well presented and included plenty of creature comforts like a kettle and coffee machine. The pool, gardens and generally all the spaces at the B&B are beautifully presented.

Location is remote. Not a problem but you need a car to get to the nearest village.

The owners made us feel like being in our own home with the service of a 5 star hotel. Their kindness and attention to details was outstanding.

The last bit of road that leads to the hotel is in bad shape, but it will be repaved in one month.

Florence and Emmanuel were lovely and that location was beautiful!

Our stay at les Hauts de la Riviera was exceptional from our arrival to our departure . Florence & Emmanuel were very attentive hosts offering advice on places to eat and visit, they have a beautiful home with spectacular views overlooking Cannes high in the hills . The choices for breakfast were excellent , freshly prepared and local produce .

Everything was perfect. The hosts Florence and Emanuel make you feel at home from the first moment. The welcome was very warm and heartfelt. The rooms are beautifully renovated and equipped with everything you need (e.g., ercon, Nespresso coffee machine, a little fridge). The breakfast is amazing especially the two signature dishes!!!

We had a wonderful stay and we cannot recommend Les Hauts de La Riviera enough - the hotel and the views are amazing! Florence and Emmanuel (the hosts) are fantastic and so kind and helpful. We thought it was exceptional value for money and we would love to come back

Stunning place, stunning views and amazing hosts

Location was wonderful and accessible to all towns and an hour to major cities

This place is really something, the location, the service and hospitality, the view, the rooms, the pool area, the breakfast...you name it. We´ve been travelling a lot with the family over the years and it´s not too often we feel the need to go back again and stay at the same place but this is one of few exceptions I must say and we can truly recommend it!

Nothing, absolutely nothing!

We stayed for one night while attending a wedding in grasse. Les hauts de la Riviera was located close to the venue and not far from the airport. The house is in a beautiful setting with incredible modern and authentic decor. The garden and outside area is also stunning and so peaceful. Truly a place where you can fully relax! Our bedroom was immaculate and comfortable and great value for price. The hosts are a wonderful couple!! Thank you hugely for welcoming us and making our stay with you memorable.

Wonderful stay at Les Hauts de la Riviera. Cannot fault anything. Beautiful situation. Fantastic view from balcony over Cannes and out to sea. Suite comfortable, stylish, clean with excellent bathroom. The whole property including the pool is perfect, as is the breakfast and the hosts are available, helpful and discreet. In addition Cabris is fantastic and the restaurant in the auberge de vieux château has stunning view and food. Strongly recommended

Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with many local and homemade items. The room (Riviera) was just perfect- comfortable bed and linens, nice sitting area opening out to a great view on the balcony. Superb bathroom.
